Good deal before the movie comes out. :)Elaina, I'll post some links later tonight when I get to my computer and can look at my bookmarks.
I found this great deal....
On Amazon it's $1.99: http://www.amazon.com/Pushing-Limits-...
On Kobo it's $2.99 though: http://www.kobobooks.com/ebook/Pushin...
There are other interesting deals on Amazon's daily deals:
kindle at 1,99$
kindle at 1,99$.
The first one I haven't read it, but I loved Immortal Rules.
Here are some other Amazon Daily Deals!
is $1.99http://www.amazon.com/Goddess-Test-Ha...
is $1.99http://www.amazon.com/Iron-King-Harle...
is $1.99http://www.amazon.com/Speechless-Harl...
Many Harlequin titles are Amazon's Gold Box Deal of the Day @ $1.99 each (as Cristal, Sandra and Merin have posted above). You can see the entire list here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html...There are both YA and adult titles, plus the MVS book which is the Daily Deal (and pretty good - love MVS).
Pushing the Limits is now $1.79 for whatever reason.
It appears that NONE of these Harlequin titles are on sale at B&N, but I didn't check every single one of them so....
However, one of the novellas in the Goddess Test series has gone from $1.99 to FREE, for those who want that:

Some Candlewick stuff on sale:

Nook: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/entic...
$2.99Kindle: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004...
$2.99Kindle: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006...
Not sure why some of these are matched on Nook and some aren't? Maybe check back later.
Also, some of the Rick Riordan books have dropped in price (at least on Kindle). Some are down to $4 or $5, but it's all pretty random. So if you're wanting some of those you may want to check the prices on the ones you need.

Jenny and company are pros at finding more of the mainstream/big publisher deals. Amazon and B&N do offer daily deals, so it never hurts to check those. As well, I know that B&N has a 'free friday' offering every week.
If you don't mind slogging through blogs and other sites to see what's being offered, I'll post some for you to check out. Often, there will be tons of new indie books offered up daily, which is why I rarely post indies here unless it's from an author I know has been getting buzz, or the subject seems to be unusual or of interest to some of our members...just because there's a never-ending supply of indies and we'd be here all day posting them all.
Here's a couple of sites that have produced good results for me :
The Mobileread Forums
Ereaderiq
And a few others :
Smashwords
Random blog that links deals & freebies
Inkmesh

Thanks for all who have posted books on sale, it has helped me out a ..."I find out about most of these deals from ereaderiq and authors/publishers/bloggers on twitter and by checking the daily deals. Keeping an eye on this thread will notify you of most of the YA deals as well as some of the better adult ones (particularly the fantasy/uf/pnr/crossover adult books) that people in here come across. You can click that little box at the bottom of the comment box ↓ that says "Email me when people reply" and that way you can be pretty sure that you won't miss any good ones.
I think we'd posted this one before for Kindle, but not sure if Nook and others were included at the time.

Not seeing it up at Diesel or a multi-book format site.
This month's group read is on sale! It is on sale at Amazon and at B&N, but Kindle has it as their deal of the day so I wouldn't bet on it lasting that long? Not sure.

So true. I actually got approved for two of their books recently, and then they took my permissions back after a day. I was SO upset that I didn't download the books the second I got approved.
Oh, I'm sure they're allowed to do that. I'm just surprised they care enough to do that. Douche canoes.
Meghann (reading impulsively) wrote: "Oh, I'm sure they're allowed to do that. I'm just surprised they care enough to do that. Douche canoes."They care because it's some dick in that office, deciding who gets books and who doesn't based on their 'professional' status. Because obvs you're a MUCH better reader if you're a librarian than some ordinary person dedicated to YA...NOT! :()

Anna wrote: "I forgot to mention that

Angelfall is currently FREE on Amazon US. If you haven't read this one yet and have a use for kindle books, get on it. This is not a paranormal romance (just thought I'd put that out there for those who don't read the genre and think that's what the book is). This book is more of a post-apocalyptic world in ruin, mixed with a little bit of horror...the only thing paranormal is that the angels are the ones bringing the ruin. There is a potential romance up ahead, but it isn't the focus of the book.

Jenny wrote: "But Penguin hates everyone on Edelweiss that isn't a librarian or bookseller. :("As a heads-up, Penguin even hates some librarians. I've NEVER had one of my requests for one of their titles approved, and I AM a librarian. They always make me sad.
I have only been approved for their stuff on NetGalley, but they don't put nearly as many of their titles on there. :/
This one went back on sale.

It's not currently discounted at B&N or Kobo.

Jenny wrote: "I have only been approved for their stuff on NetGalley, but they don't put nearly as many of their titles on there. :/"Yes, I have much better luck on NetGalley. I requested a whole bunch of Penguin titles in November/December on NG and was lucky to get them all approved. But I always get the "we've reached our quota" message on Edelweiss, which is where they seem to put their bigger name titles.
ON NETGALLEY. When you're done peeing your pants, go request it. If you're Australian. Bastard Penguin.Edit to add: I really wish NetGalley would let you filter out shit that isn't available in your country.
Yes, I thought it was worth the shot. Penguin Australia has approved me before. NG is inconsistent sometimes.
for everybody who has yet to read it
Warm bodies is up on netgalley under Literature/Fiction..
I dont know if anyone else has posted this hear yet?

All the above have been on sale for $2.99 for a bit, but the sale ends on Monday the 21st. It's from all the major ebook sellers i.e. Amazon, B&N, Sony, etc. They aren't YA but are decent reads...you just have to get over the author's repetitive behavior...which she carries in her YA series too. Just toss this out there. :D

is on Netgalley. I read this book and loved it!"Hi Kayla. This book sounds great. I went on Netgally but how do u get this book? It isnt free, is it?
Thanks so much!
Lot's of publishers will approve you if you have a good amount of amateur reviews on Goodreads too. I get approved for quite a bit and I don't have a blog. But if you fill out the profile and get approved, then the book is free, yes.
