Glad to know that because I never heard of that series. Regarding The Sourge, it had draw my attention earlier. The blindness matter attracts me but zombies in there? I hope not the leading characters!. Anyway, free is free so I've also 'ordered' both.

Yeah, PDFs just never convert well. They're the devil's format! Oh well.
Yeah, I was expecting a price drop too. But this way they're probably giving out fewer free copies than they would if the prices at online stores dropped to $0.

I requested the new Ruta Sepetys. Penguin almost always approves me on NG. But I'm not sure how I will feel about it. Depending on how it's handled, it could go either way. It's this crap that has me wary: "Josie wants more out of life than the Big Easy has to offer."
Sigh. I need to find a way to become a professional (not that kind) so Penguin starts showing me some love.

Dudes, my Kindle Paperwhite came in recently and I am in love with it.
I just got my paperwhite today but it's still charging.

We got one for my daughter for christmas (spoiled little brat, haha), and I'm so jealous! It's beautiful.
I was bad with my Kindle Fire and rooted it. Now it's a Android tablet running on Jellybean. It's nice to have when I want to read some of the books my wife has purchased on the Nook. Since I can use both Kindle and Nook apps on it, I have the best of both worlds. It will go to my wife once I pick up a Nexus 7 in a few months. I'm not a nerd.... >_>
