Philip Whiteland - the man behind Josiah and Archibald (which makes it sound like we're in a queue!)

I'll get two, a wash and a wear
My silly little undertakers' story has won the Pick of the Day award on ABCtales! http://www.abctales.com/story/philwhi...

A bit of silliness I had to get off my chest...well, off someone's chest, anyway!http://www.philwhiteland.blogspot.co....
It is November, so it is high time I dragged this out for another airing :-)http://www.abctales.com/story/philwhi...
You could have brushed off some of the mould first, and chipped a bit of the mud away ;)Brings back memories of being in the school hockey team to make up the numbers, and havng to play in a hailstorm.

Yes, I could have done that, but I'm bone idle. As an article it does seem to generate not entirely positive memories!
Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "Oooooh, steady on there!"I know! I'm not sure if I can cope with this amount of excitement on a Sunday.
Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "I suggest you go and lie down for an hour or two to recover."I never need much encouragement ;-)

How sharper than a serpent's tooth...
Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "I can't get him down from the top of the door."Try shutting it, that usually works. Mind you, shutting a raven is not something that should be attempted by the fainthearted.
I'm giving a slightly different version of this a new outing on a different platform:http://www.abctales.com/story/philwhi...
On the plus side, Giving a Bull Stawberries The 'nostalgedy' collection Book 4is up 962,415 places on Amazon.com! On the other hand, it's still only at #855,575 ;-)
Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "Swings and roundabouts....Maybe that should be the ttle of your next book!"
Good idea. I'm just not sure that there's going to be a next one. The bull hasn't broken into three figures yet!
Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "Has he broken into the cowfield?"That would imply a degree of success that's eluded him so far ;-)
Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "A pre-fan then."I work on the simple hope that this describes everyone ;-)
Just finished a new short story for Christmas. Have to see if our local paper wants to use it. I'm sure it will make its way onto the internet at some point.
