absolutely loved it....at first was kind of slow for me but then wham I fell in love with it....I ve read
earlier this year and was blown away....couldnt put it down....this book made it to my keeper shelf and I know I will end up reading it once every year of so....so much in that story...I'm reading
right now in between other books....I am going to have to dedicate full time reading to it....I love the story so far....Enjoy your reads Dana will be watching for your reviews....

This was a big commitment if you had other things to read but totally worth the try. :) I will probably get 8/10 of mine read but won't be hitting the official "I'm done!" phase on time either. I'll just have to finish late...like a week late. ;D

Welcome Dawn and Laura!You should rifle around in some friends bookshelves for new ideas. I have a 'first in series' folder which is good for finding new authors if you want to poke around there. :) (I think you like YA more than I do so you won't find much of that but PNR and UF and HF are all there.)

Thanks. I was tickled to finish this, but I changed some books as I went. The big change was that I told myself that I was finally going to read The Lord of the Rings. Got right on that didn't I? I am a shame to fantasy readers everywhere! I can't believe I still haven't read these. Gah! Maybe this will be my Christmas read? Maybe? There are elves in the books...hehe. ;D

I've never read LOTR either. Maybe we should do a buddy read. If someone else is relying on me I am more likely to catch up, maybe it would help you out.
