It's in my to-read list as well, but I read both good and bad reviews, so I've mixed feelings...

I'm enjoying it so far. Nice to read about protagonists who are completely amoral.

The Dog Stars
The Thousand Emperors
Dark Eden
Luther: The Calling
The Reapers Are the Angels

Every Day
This Book Is Full of Spiders: S..."
How was The Last Policeman? I was thinking of getting it? Is it worth it?

Yes, I think it would be worth your time. I thought it was well written and had a good balance between the main plot of the murder investigation and the subplot concerning the asteroid. I will warn you that the ending wraps up the investigation but sets it up for a sequel. I think I read somewhere the author is planning a trilogy (don't they all nowdays it seems?).

Well, defintely read the The Twelve sooner rather than later if you liked The Passage. I liked it just as much as The Passage. I will say though, without giving any spoilers away, that I thought he wrapped up a key part of the overall story waaaay too quickly in this one. It was almost kind of a letdown. It'll be interesting to see where he takes the third book.

Now I'm reading Every Dead Thing.

Love Lehane. I have read most of his books. I like the fact that the city of Boston is almost another character.

Now I'm reading Rage.

I liked it quite a bit. I thought it was on par with his other recent Culture novels if not better.

Nice! The hardcover is beautiful and it's eyeing me everytime I go to the bookstore!

I read this years ago. I can remember that I didn't much like it, but can't recall details of the story. Hope you enjoy it.

let's see if it lives up to the hype!"
I hated it my first time through it but loved it and the rest of the series the second time.

So far it's been nonsensical fun. Not what I expected but I'm really enjoying it.

Now I'm reading The New World which will lead into The Knife of Never Letting Go. I want to see if the are appropriate for my kids to read.

So far it's been hard as diamond SF. Fortunately Lem not only can think like an engineer or a scientist but also like a philosopher, so his writing's interesting.
