I'm on to The Quest by Susan Kearney - which is the "choose one from a friend's list", but I think that compared to "Sleep" it's only going to be sloppy seconds. ;)

Today I finished The Quest by Susan Kearney. It was the 'choose a book from a friend's list' option, and all I can say is... if it comes your way, don't ever bother. I'm now on to U is for Undertow and I think that only leaves me with Gorky Park to read and I've finished! Drove from Melbourne up to Bendigo this morning, and I am sooo lucky I can read in cars. :)

The best part about having a tooth out is the sleeping gas they put you on when they remove it. You feel so weird and strange when you wake up. I had like, four teeth taken out when I had my braces put on.
They are so painful for the first 2-3 days. I could hardly open and close my mouth for the first 24 hours. The pain was terrible and was was awful to eat. But, fear not, after that they're fine. You don't even feel them from then on. It'll hurt a lot at first, but its fine in a few days.
Oh, and when you first get them on, you'll drool. A lot.
I've just finished U is for Undertow - can you tell that I'm currently on holiday? That makes 10 of the 11 books. Only Gorky Park to go - but that's still back in Perth, so will have to wait until Monday.
WooHoo!!! I'm done!!! Finished Vanishing Acts which is my final book for the challenge. (I have edited post #14 with all my books)

I feel almost as if I've just crammed for an exam! I was getting a bit stressed 2 weeks ago that I wouldn't be able to finish all 11 books, but then I realised I'd also read about 4 also-rans in between. Got back from Melbourne very early this morning and I made it into work, so I won't be reading too much when I get home this evening. Still start Gorky Park tomorrow. I have been reading Passage by Connie Willis the past few days but the main character, Joanna Lander, is beginning to irk me, so I will have a break and come back to it when I am less irked. :)
Wow! You are doing well Louise...don't worry if you don't finish, you'll probably be able to head them over to the spring challenge, and read them in there:)
