Hi Julie!Night Huntress is my favorite too. Bones is amazing, cat is bad ass, there is a lot of action and the story has a great pace, I'm never bored.
Two series that I didn't see on your list that are really good are:
both of these series have kick ass heroins, hot leading men and are great stories.
I love night huntress! I really don't have any to recommend but I hear the "Kitty Norville" and "Chicagoland Vampires" series are really good.
I second the Fever series. Also love Patricia Briggs Alpha and Omega (Mercy Thompson is on my list but I haven't read any yet so I can't speak to those).
My favorite series is Shelly Laurenston's Pride series. If you haven't read those, I highly recommend them.
Chicagoland Vampire series rocks. It is a great series! You have already read Cat and Bones, have you read the spin off series at all? They are good, not as good as the original but you do get an inside look into some of the characters of the Night Huntress Series.
The Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs is great too. She has another series that I have heard great things about but I haven't read them yet.
Rhyannon Bryd- Blood Runners- 3 booksTales of an Urban Werewolf- Karen Macinerney -3
Karen Marie Monning- Meredith Gentry series HOT!!!
Anya Bast- Elemental witches series- (diffrent)
QuotetheRaven wrote: "I heard "Alpha and Omega" is really good."I really love them. The only complaint I have is the amount of time between books. Ms. Briggs concentrates more on the Mercy series, so new Alpha and Omega often gets pushed back. The third book was supposed to be out by now but the release day got pushed back twice already and now is scheduled for early 2012. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this release date sticks.
So I know these are sci-fi recommendations but sometimes you need a little change; especially if you've been reading PNR over and over (been there, done that, had to venture out into a new genre)! ;)Anyways, these books were a great new experience for me when I was desperate for that intense book-love feeling. Neither of them are intense sci-fi so you might like them!
CAT-STAR CHRONICLES - LOVE THESE BOOKS - SLAVE is my FAV!!! Think about a handsome man with cat features that purrs when you hit all the right buttons (and he has snard - you'll have to read the book to find out what this is)!
Katherine "Kitty" Katt Series - Think Men in Black meet the Rachel Morgan series! There are tons of fine men running around and lots of action!
RIGHT ON!!! thank you everyone. I'll use this to make a list of what to read next. I didn't think I was going to get so many recommendations so fast! :) This is awesome. You guys/girls are great.... I'm going to keep you around for a while! lol.

I think the Meredith Gentry series is by Laurell K. Hamilton... if I'm not mistaken.

[bookcover:Al..."I've read the Mercy Thompson series and the Alpha and Omega series. They were awesome.
I haven't read the Pride series yet but I have read the Magnus pack series. I read all three books in two days. lol. I just couldn't put them down. I think I might pick up the Pride series next. I'm just finishing the Demonica series now. SO GOOD! lol.

They look interesting. I had never heard of them b4. I keep trying to get my hubby to purr for me... he won't! lol. maybe these books will give me hints on where to rub! *giggles.

In my opinion, the Pride series is even better than the Magnus pack series. The characters are a bit more likable without losing the quirky craziness that makes them so different. But I did love both series.

That makes me really excited to start on the books! I'll let you know what I think of them!
Me too I had not heard about the Cat-Star chronicle books I will definitely take a look.If you have not read the fever series by karen moning or the kate daniel series by iliona andrews then I suggest you start now lol.
Fever series by Karen Moning
The Elemental Assisin series
Kate Daniels series
Guild Hunter (the men in this book are too sexy)
The Hunger Games (very different and amazing)
I love the Chicagoland Vampires series and cant wait for the next book to come out Tuesday. I would definitely recommend the Guild Hunter Series. Love the characters.
And also the Midnight Breed Series by Lara Adrain is also good.
<-- coming out in June
I love the Kitty Norville series--have read 'em all and have the latest book on pre-order. Kitty is a great blend of a kick-ass heroine with some vulnerabilities.

A treasure seeking historian finds a 19th century Scottish warrior buried in a crypt, but the warrior isn't dead. He's just been sleeping for 150 years. It's just been released and I have several reviewers comparing it to Karen Marie Moning's books, which puts me in awe. Just a suggestion.
