Rising Tides by Nora RobertsLindsay - post#2419 used "The" from 2418 so that is where is started. I know I had to double check what was the same word used in both.
In the beginning, she said no to use words like a, an, or the. Just as a reminder. I get so confused :)The Cat in the Hat - Dr. Seuss
From Lori (message 1):"The purpose of this thread is to list a title and author. Then someone else must list a new title using a word from the title before, or a title from the same author.
Please try to avoid using words such as "a, the, and..." to add titles"
starting from Everything's Eventual 14 Dark TalesEverything Is Illuminated A Novel by Jonathan Safran Foer
Everything That Rises Must Converge by Flannary O'ConnorGoing from post #2495 taking word "everything" from that post to mine.
I don't think the problem is people not reading the rules. I think it's that if you get emails telling you that someone commented, when you click on it, it shows only that first comment after yours. So if anyone commented after that person, you don't see it. So people answer what they think is the last answer, but in fact others have already moved on. Anywho.
Love Walked In - Marisa de los Santos

I always read and reply to posts directly on the site.
Pigs in Heaven by Barbara KingsolverThat was happening to me awhile ago. So now I click on the date to make sure I'm on the latest post. Not if that may help also.
