I'm also re-reading the Harry Potter Boxset, my summertime tradition!

Gee, sensing a theme here?

Thanks Pam! It was given to me as a gift, and I have picked it up a time or two and just can't get past the first couple of pages. I'm sure I will get to it eventually, but glad I'm not the only one not overwhelmed by it. I really enjoyed Deception Point and Digital Fortress, maybe he'll go back to something a little more diverse if this one doesn't do so well.

LaDonna, Good point. Let's hope. I do remember searching all over the Atlanta airport for the next in his series [among the first 4]. I only found an expensive paperback, so i waited for the trade pb to come out and then devoured it. I was a real follower then!
But to add to the question: WHAT ARE YOU READING NOW ... I'm reading the Almond Tree by Michelle Corasanti. It's quite amazing, as i've never read a novel that tells the story of the Palestinians. It's well written and very engaging. I'd place it high up on anyone's reading list, not only for the educational value but for the writing of the tale too. You'll not be disappointed.

To the person above reading Orphan Master's Son, that's on my list. (reading through Pulitzers). Looks excellent. Just finished March, and it's on the list of my favorites. Very well done historical fiction. I will definitely be reading more of Brooks' works.

Wow that book was really good! I read it about a year ago.
It was really good or just
really
really
weird...

I'm reading Beautiful Creatures. I find it really easy to read and follow, although it's a little bit too 'tweeny' for me..

I enjoyed the book- liked that it was from the Male POV for a change, however the movie? I got about 45 minutes into it and turned it off. Didn't like the cinematography or acting at all, but that's just me.

I haven't seen the film yet, but I'm planning to once I finish reading the book. I agree with you on the male POV though, it's quite nice, actually.

I'm glad I read the book first because I likely never would have picked it up if I had watched the movie first, which would have been a shame.

lol I do it all the time until one pulls me so much that I focus my attention on that before going back to the others and then basically I start over.

I should be done with both in the next few days and then I want to read Wicked

I'm reading The Bad Beginning by Lemony Snicket, and I think it's something that Rory really would've liked as a child/teenager. The character Klaus reminds me of her in a way..
