Lisa, I chose
for you. I was given an ARC of it over a year ago and I really enjoyed it. It was a very different take on fallen angels and I found it very refreshing. I hope you like it!My five are:
Bethany, I choose
for you. I enjoyed reading it and i fell in love with the male character. The female character is also awesome. :))My five are:
I just finished Matched! Now I need to get my hands on Crossed!! I pick Hallowland for Jeni
. It was my first experience with a Zombie book and I loved it!My next five are:
I don't usually go for zombie books (unless the author is someone I love) but I read one recently that really wowed me: ROT AND RUIN by Jonathan Maberry. I couldn't stop reading and was drawn into all the characters. This wasn't about destruction and death but about the struggle to keep family together and do the right thing. I'm eager to read the next one which is already out in hardback.

I just ordered it from the library, and also GIRL OF FIRE AND THORNS, #@ INTO THE UNIVERSE and a few other books I've read comments about on Goodreads. Love Goodreads!!! (Now if a few people would order my March mystery, BURIED, which is lighter than more YA but I hope readers love it).

because it's the only one I've read anything of. And while I didn't get far at all, everyone else in the group rants and raves about it. So, here's hoping that you love it too!My next five are:
so let me get this straight. you pick 5 books and i have to pick which book you get to read out of your 5 picks. then i have to list 5 books i want to read and the next person picks for me right?
So I recently read Shadow of the Sun and it is AMAZING, so I'm gonna pick that one.For me I think I'm gonna go with:
Sabrina wrote: "so let me get this straight. you pick 5 books and i have to pick which book you get to read out of your 5 picks. then i have to list 5 books i want to read and the next person picks for me right?"That is correct. Finished
. It was my first "novel in verse" and the format took some getting used to, but overall I was won over by the beautiful pictures the author created with her words and the honest emotions she imparted to her characters.Unfortunately, I have not read any of Bethany's picks, so I will be waiting for my next turn.
