Theo I have read both The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and Artemis Fowl (Artemis Fowl, #1) by Eoin Colfer . I liked them both, although they are very different. I think I'd give the edge to Artemis Fowl, so that's my pick for you.
