I read the book I Am an Emotional Creature: The Secret Life of Girls Around the World by Eve Ensler. The title contains the word "world" but the content of the book also relates to this quote. The stories and monologues shared, encourage young girls who may be reading it to be whoever they are meant to be - and not to conform to society's stigmas and stereotypes for what a woman SHOULD be. It encourages them to fight for their rights as young women and remain strong in the face of adversity. Can you tell I enjoyed it? :)
