Urban Fantasy Title featuring a male lead character- A Hundred Words for Hate 4/13/11 ★★★☆☆ It took me a long time to read this, not because I didn't like it, I did, but I had a lot to do, which diminished the time I could devote to it. I think I'll want to reread it.
Fantasy - Draw One in the Dark
Author you've never read before- Q & ASlumdog Millionaire aka Q & A
Young Adult- Except the Queen 4/25/11 ★★★★★ This is not a YA novel for all YA readers, there's a bit of swearing, drunkenness and evil people acting evilly, but I loved it. It's a different and delightful UF novel.
Anthology- Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Tales 4/14/11 ★★★★☆ I loved this anthology about slayers through the ages! The illustrations are particularly fine in this overlarge book of graphic short stories, as are the stories and story telling techniques.
Yellow Cover- Make Lemonade I read too early, so instead, Rules 4/21/11 ★★★☆☆ A MG vs YA novel, about a 12 year old older sister of an autistic brother. (I prefer Mockingbird by Erskine.)
