message 12851: by Cassi aka Snow White (new)

Cassi aka Snow White Haggard | 2261 comments Still reading The Académie by Susanne Dunlap which is fun but seems a little younger than expected sometimes. Finished The Lions of Little Rock by Kristin Levine on audiobook (it impressed me. I had no expectations because it was a random library grab but was great). Started Bloomability by Sharon Creech on audiobook because I really like Mandy Siegfried as a narrator.

message 12852: by Lesilee (new)

Lesilee Started reading Pandemonium, and just finishedVariant which ended up surprising me. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

message 12853: by Ash (new)

Ash (alf203) | 45 comments I just finished Graffiti Moon by Cath Crowley and absolutely adored it. Now to pass it on to all my friends... Right now I am starting Skulduggery Pleasant Collection: Skulduggery Pleasant, Playing with Fire, the Faceless Ones, Dark Days. One of my students loaned it out and it is hilarious and just so much fun! It's testing week at school so it probably won't take me long to finish...

Divergent really does look so much like Hunger games. Huh.

message 12857: by Heidi (new)

Heidi That's good to hear Caitie because I thought Divergent was overrated.

So did I! This was more exciting. Tris was more complex and the end was awesome.

I liked it and didn't love it, but it is worth at least getting from the library.

I am going back to Stardust by Neil Gaiman now

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Forbidden is extremely emotional but the taboo subject matter was handled tastefully.

I actually didn't mind FALLEN, but the other books in that series have gotten successively worse. So, if you didn't like the first one at all, you'll REALLY hate the other books! Don't even intend to read the last one. With HUSH, HUSH it's just the opposite. I wasn't all that crazy about it, but the series has gotten better as its's gone along.

Beth (the one who is) | 41 comments I am reading The Heart Gemand than I am going to be reading Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee which I am REALLY excited about !!

message 12884: by Cassi aka Snow White (new)

Cassi aka Snow White Haggard | 2261 comments Reading The Last Song egalley and feeling kinda meh towards it. I always hate when I get a few "meh" galleys in a roll because I'm like "Why don't I just read already released books?!?!"

message 12885: by Heidi (new)

Heidi Angelfall was very good. I was surprised since I am not into paranormal books normally.
