Heidi After my recent disappointment with Divergent I am steering clear of both Matched and Delirium. They can't all be Hunger Games or Knife of Never Letting Go. In fact, I am holding out little hope that there will be a good dystopian novel released in the near future. *sigh*

@Catie, I have RAW BLUE but saving it for when I'm really desperate.. how goes it?

@Heidi, have you tried Blood Red Road (Dustlands, #1) by Moira Young ? I liked both THG and A Knife of Never, BRB has a little bit of both.

I just finished The Boyfriend List 15 Guys, 11 Shrink Appointments, 4 Ceramic Frogs and Me, Ruby Oliver (Ruby Oliver, #1) by E. Lockhart and thinking about starting the second book. :)

Cassi aka Snow White Haggard | 2261 comments Catie wrote: "Wooo! Vacation is ON!!

Did you decide what to read?"

Well first priority is to finish Feed. There is this BEAUTIFUL area behind the lodge with plastic lawn chairs set ride by a cliffline (not scaryily close) where they've kept the trees clear for the view. Honestly its pretty much perfection as a reading spot.

Then I plan to start Heartless (The Parasol Protectorate, #4) by Gail Carriger .

Gwennie (blessedwannab) For those of us who were in the discussion about Disney Original movies, but I just finished reading Lemonade Mouth by Mark Peter Hughes . It was really cute and I didn't even lose my appreciation for the movie.

Starting Deadline (Newsflesh, #2) by Mira Grant .

I'm looking forward to Goliath (Leviathan, #3) by Scott Westerfeld too - thank goodness it's out sooner than I thought, just a couple of months to go. And I really enjoyed Crown Duel (Crown Duel / Court Duel) by Sherwood Smith ! Such a fun, fast read. Reminiscent of Tamora Pierce's books, which is always good :)

message 10034: by Julie (new)

Julie After about 3 weeks I finally finished Blood Red Road (Dustlands, #1) by Moira Young , I don't know why it took me forever. I gave it 4 stars because it was really good but it wasn't one that I just couldn't put down.

On to Shine by Lauren Myracle now.

message 10039: by Caitlyn (new)

Caitlyn (quietcait) | 13 comments Currently reading Sentenced to Death by Lorna Barrett. Also reading Bound by Suggestion by L.L. Bartlett (Jeff Resnick Mysteries) on my Kindle. These are actually the same author with different pseudonyms. I really enjoy her Booktown Mysteries and this is my first foray into her Jeff Resnick Mysteries.

Just finished re-reading all the Harry Potter books in prep for the final movie release on Thursday. Also reading Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and just starting Infinity by Sherrilyn Kenyon.

Very excited to have just receive Rick Springfield's autobiography Late, Late at Night from Borders. That's up next when I finish Eat, Pray, Love. I usually have 3 books going at one time; a cozy, a non-fiction and another.

I didn't find Rosebush to be that great of a book. It was not a bad book but if you just read to great books I think it will be sort of a let down in comparison.
