Hi. I just joined this group and I am really excited because I have always wanted to join a YA Book Club. I just joined Goodreads today so I've been having fun going through all of my old books to add them. I LOVE readings and I like to collect books. I am a senior in college, so unfortunately I don't have tons of time to read, but I try to read everyday. My favorite book is A Thousand Splendid Suns but I would have to say my favorite YA books are the Harry Potter series and the Sookie Stackhouse Series. Nice meeting you all!

Yeah, I really loved it. It's been a while since I've read a non-Paranormal book, so I was confused when Anna's life didn't seem to be in danger at some point in the book. The romance was different; the author actually gave us a chance to get to know Anna and St. Clair, instead of the instant-love-now-personality-development-later that I'm used to :)
Anna was really likeable and her mental dialogues were hilarious. Etienne St. Clair reminded me a little of Jace (just a little!), and though he was hot, he wasn't an arrogant jerk *gasp*. So, yeah, READ IT READ IT READ IT! :D

You're review says it all because that book totally astounded me with it's total sheer awesomeness! :) It was so adorable but that's because they were so REAL! Definitely worth the read and I desperately want my own copy. Hello, I'm Anna by the way! (Seriously is my name...)

My name is Anna and I am a 20 year old college student who is English obsessed and feels like she stopped aging past sixteen. I adore books, movies and music. My record collection is awesomely retro and dusty but I love old music. I will read anything that is worth my time and YA is my fave section in the library I work at. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 'Across the Universe' by Beth Revis and 'Pathfinder' by Orson Scott Card. But my fave book of all time is 'Revolution' by Jennifer Donnelley. That book is the ultimate bad-ass heroine, but she's fragile and angry because her life is harsh. You get to watch her grow up and let go of her anger, becoming a well-adjusted, awesome person. That book is so addictive! It flips between diary entries from during the French Revolution and modern times. Beautiful book, I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to make new literary character friends. I am an enormous dork and am SO excited about this club! :)
