Hi Kyle--I want to add Homicidal Intent to my TBR shelf--but when I pull it up it doesn't have the "add book" button? Can you please take a look and give me an idea of how I do this? I read the google preview and it sounded good!

Ok guys--thanks for trying--I sent a note to the "contact us for help" folks. I'll just add the book to my library hold list. Guess what? My library doesn't have it either-so I asked them to do an inter-library loan--they search libraries nationwide. It can't be that hard to find!

i've nearly finished moon over soho by ben aaronovitch and i am loving it, its so entertaining and its like harry potter meets sherlock holmes in one book.
after this book i will move onto inquisition by alfredo colitto

Chris--I've not heard of this author-what kind of stories does he write? My favorite children's series is "Narnia" by C.S. Lewis--I've read them over and over!
im currently reading inquistion by alfredo colitto which has long winded chapters which i dislike about some books. he writes similary to c.j. sansom.
also i am currently reading doctorwho: the resurrection casket by justin richards. it is fantastic

Hi Carol,
The stories include animals usually, and tell stories that delve onto our own humanity. I guess they have a message and moral. The most well known of the books, War Horse has recently been made into a film. I can't recommend it since I've not seen it, but I'm told it's good.
My daughter's favourite is The Butterfly Lion. I've watched her cry when reading it, it's very moving! My daughter is in year 4, and she has been reading these stories for a couple of years at the recommendation of her favourite teacher. They are spot on for a bright and sensitive child who is able to read without help.

Hope you find something really good!:)

You know, proper books with covers and pages, not read on an electronic gizmo (Sorry ebook fans, I can't resist a bit of teasing. Put it down to my lack of maturity).

Guess all mine are dead tree books--wasn't able to get a Kindle like I wanted--oh well--my birthday is coming up! I'm reading The Haunted by Heather Graham.

Thanks Jackie for explaining.

I think I've got a copy of that lurking around somewhere. How are you finding it?

Hmm! I think I've got that somewhere, too. Love his books - must read another soon!

The sacrifices parents have to make!

(Alondra) I really like the Redwall series especially the Feasts. Martin the Warrior is my best book.

I thought Winter in Madrid was very good. Quite a slow burner, but very atmospheric, with some interesting and believable characters. I think he captured the times very well. Well worth reading, I think.
