I already know Shelleyrae's blog -- I keep up with Book'd Out via Google Reader -- the only downside of which is that I'm often too lazy to click out of G Reader to leave a comment.

I finally broke down and created a blog. Well, I have had one for updating family & friends about our life overseas. But, this one was created for anyone interested in following my random musings. It will mainly be a spot for me to post reviews and chat about whatever catches my eye. Not necessarily author chats or giveaways - sorry, I'm a scaredy puss.

Here's hoping I can actually keep it going. I tend to be a fanatic initially with my projects, then get distracted by something newer and prettier. LOL!

My blog features details about , the first book in my new series. I had never heard of Ranger's Apprentice when I wrote Anabar's Run, but it is similar. My character, Anabar, undergoes brutal training out in the wilderness. The Scouts in my book are solitary figures, and there is no central base or training center.
