is good and

or [bookcover:Keturah and Lor..."I loved Keturah, very different story there. Enjoy!
Just got back from the library with a new haul of books to read.
A couple of my Rainbow challenge books, a couple of random YAs that looked good, a couple of mysteries, and my obligatory classic :P (I read so much that I figure I should sprinkle some of the classics in there with my "fun books" and become more well-read in the process!)

[bookcover:Across the Universe|8..."I try to do the same (regarding the classics), but I can't seem to stay away from my fun reads!
Caryn wrote: "I try to do the same (regarding the classics), but I can't seem to stay away from my fun reads! "I know! The classics, though they can be worthwhile in the end, often end up drawn out and difficult to get into. That's why I usually only get one classic per haul (which is usually around 10 books) and tell myself that I'm not allowed to read the book I'm most excited about until I finish my classic :P Last haul I had to finish Lolita before I could start Catching Fire; this time I have to finish The Metamorphosis before The Boyfriend List: 15 Guys, 11 Shrink Appointments, 4 Ceramic Frogs and Me, Ruby Oliver...it usually works out :P

Bridget: Good method! Sometime, get
. I had to read that in high school and it turned out to be one of my favorite books and very exciting. So you'll still be reading a classic, but you'll feel like you're cheating. :)

I've put it on my to-read list :D

Oooh, I love Terry Pratchett! I just finished the fourth Tiffany Aching book

I got
out of the library... there was a long hold wait so I figured it might be good... but nope, probably just popular cause it's Hilary Duff. I'm disappointed in the book so far. Anyone else read it?

Slumber was good. It was realy confusing at first but after the first couple chapters I really started to get into it. I hope you enjoy it if you decide to read it. It was definitely an orginal story.
