I sneak around Etsy and find some awesome ear rings. I have a pair of little robots, some punctuation marks, cogs and gears, pen tips, gaming ones, such as a green mushroom and a Nuka Cola bottle top.

Oh, I wear them! :) My profile pic isn't big enough, but I am wearing some dangling steampunk cog ear rings for the photo. I am not one to dress all dour and grey and dark colours... there's enough grey-men in grey-suits in this city.

I am looking into making some of my own ear rings, out of lego, out of these tiny rubbery toys I have. Could be a hobby.. :)

I love indie stuff as well! I've only heard of Matt Corby, so I'll have a look out for the others as well. If you're into more lively stuff as well-you should check out The Jezabels and Arcade Fire, amazing award winning Indie Rock bands from Australia and Canada respectively.

I lived in Mount Gambier until I was about 25, and have family there still Mockingjay:) It's a beautiful, though very cold, place...love the Blue Lake!

It's November to February as a brilliant blue, and the rest of the year, grey! They've done tests and everything, and can't work out why it changes!
