Suz | 4436 comments Steve Biddulph is appearing at my daughters high school in October (my 40th bday too!) on the topic of Raising Girls: How to Help Your Daughter Grow Up Happy, Healthy, and Strong no less! I'm reading another of his at the moment. This guy just seems to be a very calming influence. I need to get reading!

Ooohhhhh...Okay that kinda makes sense why I didn't know about it..Wasn't super active in 2013...But for some reason I have strange memories but I think that's about Amazon taking over BookDep and not GR.

He has been doing talks for a long time now. I organised for him to talk at our local Nursing Mothers group way back 1991/1992. He was very good. He also gave me a signed copy of his book. Which I still have.

Suz | 4436 comments He sounds great. Looking forward to it. Glad you had good memories Veronica, and your signed book :)

B the BookAddict (bthebookaddict) I'm not at all sure about these ads. I have no idea why I am getting female mud wrestling adverts on my GR pages!

message 21763: by B the BookAddict (new)

B the BookAddict (bthebookaddict) For all of we moon addicts, the next Super Moon is on 29th August 2015.

Actually, two sources quotes two different dates, the other on 28th September 2015 will be a Blood Moon; this one will not be visible from Australia.

I had the pleasure and awe of seeing the last Blood Moon in March 2015; Vicki posted a fab photo in our Photos thread. After September, the next Blood Moon will not occur for another hundred years.

The Sept Blood Moon will be the fourth in a tetrad of Blood Moons; believed, by some, to signify the end of the world. We have had eight of these tetrads coinciding with Jewish festivals since 1st century, all without the world going under.

Hello there peeps! How was everyone's day?? Mine was quite the busy day!! My sisters getting married in October and her and her fiancé just bought a house...so we been doing the big move today!! :D although unfortunately for me my thumb got slammed in a car door and I'd extremely bruised and very painful!! I then had a driving lesson I had to manage without causing myself too much pain!! It was quite the challenge!!
