The Walking Dead Parody by The Hillywood Show

The Walking Dead Parody by The Hillywood Show"
Cute! Hey, I've missed you guys. My Tower Teams group are mostly Walking Dead fans, so I was discussing there and never saw your comments...

Reading over the Tor article about the premiere, I had to laugh at these final notes: (view spoiler)

I loved the retrospection of the characters on who they have become and all.
But man, I want something to move the story along.

After I told my nephew that we just couldn't get into that first episode, he told us to give it a chance because it gets better.
Well, we did as he suggested, and dagnabbit, we got hooked. We ended up watching all the seasons that were available, and now waiting on the next (which will always be a year behind because it takes about a year for Netflix to offer them.
I refuse to click on your guys' spoilers! =P (* me closes me eyes and leaves this thread before curiosity gets the better of me *)

Definitely avoid those spoilers!

The only time we go back to watch a previous episode is normally after having to wait a year for the next season. With 'Being Human' we couldn't remember a few things so we had to watch the last episode in the previous season to refresh our memories.
Thank goodness that series is streamed, and so is 'Walking Dead,' so we can do that, but we just got the first disk of Season 4 of 'Game of Thrones' and dang, we can't do that with them DVDs =(
Now I can see why some people won't read a series unless all the books are out--the wait can be torturous, not to mention you forget stuff, lol

P.S., I often will read one book then if I really like it, I will wait until several are out in the series before I read on.

If I was a character and had to choose between Rick and Daryl to follow, I'd be sticking with Daryl. And I'd hope to heck that Michonne came with us =D

EW reports, Robert Kirkman says 'Walking Dead' spinoff will be 'startlingly different' .
“I will say that this is going to be a show about family,” says Kirkman. “But it’s going to be a show about a different type of family that we haven’t explored in The Walking Dead thus far. So what we’re trying to do with The Walking Dead spinoff is keep the story as familiar as possible for people that love The Walking Dead, so you’ll get the kind of things that you expect from a Walking Dead story. But, at the same time, we’ll want to tell these stories in a completely different way with completely different people in a completely different setting that’s going to make for a fundamentally different show. I think the look and feel of The Walking Dead spinoff is going to be startlingly different.”
Kirkman also confirms that no characters from the original comic book will appear on the new show...
But, another article noted, "according to executive producer Gale Ann Hurd, the show finished shooting its pilot on Friday but hasn't yet been picked up to series. So, we'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

What's up between Daryl & Arron?
What did you think about Rick and Jessie's little peck on the cheek? She was on Talking Dead and there was no intent on her p..."Carol was ultra creepy. Did anyone notice that Rick was standing on Morgan Street at the end?
That little peck on the cheek was a lot more than a little peck on the cheek. For a moment it looked as if Rick had the "take what's mine apocalypse mentality" when looking at her in the end. I think Sasha's been "zombieized" (kind of like institutionalized) and is losing it, like a caged animal. It's maybe good that she's so wound up and not getting too comfortable, that may help them whenever whatever goes worng

I am emotionally invested in some of the characters on the current show, namely Darryl, Michonne and Glen and I like Carol and Carl, so we'll see if the new characters can inspire that kind of loyalty.
