Yeah, but I'm afraid I won't complete this challenge. :( I still have time to read it, I just lack the urge to do it. Oh well, there's always next month...
I'm starting Marrying the Royal Marine now. We shall see if I'm in the mood for The Ultimate Betrayal tomorrow. :)
Oh, ok. I'm not paying attention. It's on the honor system. LOL Future Build Your Owns will have with and without restrictions.
Finished Indigo Blue but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to read Comanche Magic in time to complete the challenge.

You are a total rock star Catherine!! WOW what a month you have had. How were the Alissa Johnson books-I've looked at her books multiple times but have never tried them.
Thank you! I liked the first one a lot! The way she writes dialogue really pops for me. I liked the second one, but it was more of an average like. That could be because I had unmet expectations though... I plan to by the third and fourth soon!
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "I sit in awe of you Catherine!"Just remember, I was sick for a good week or so and had nothing better to do than lay around and read while I prayed for death. ;) I kind of got a jump on everyone who was busy working.
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "Dina, you made a valiant effort!!!"Thanks, UM. It was fun, even though I didn't complete the challenge.
Now, to have Catherine's status right after mine is so depressing, LOL.
LOL! It's not like you haven't been reading, Dina! I've seen you! You just didn't read the one off the list here. That's why I can't do specific challenges. I'm waaay too finicky and moody with my book choices.
Yeah, I've learned my lesson. No more no-changing-the-list challenges for me after this one. I never want to read what I have to read. :)
But the thing is, Dina, even the "no-changing-the-list challenges" are doable if you're not too specific about what you want to read. For example, your challenge can be to read 2 books from each genre: historical romance, romantic suspense, paranormal. Or 2 books from 1 genre. As long as you KNOW you'll do that, you're safe. Many of my challenges now, and in the future, are going to be read x number of books I already own.
2nd what UM said! The only reason I didn't crap out on this challenge was because I made it extremely vague. I just had to read 10 books from my Own-but-haven't-read shelf. I would have failed if I specified which of those 10 books I was going to read. Just like you, I never want to read something when I have to.
Considering only my goal (to read 4 books from my to-read shelf), I did OK - but alas, I had to list the books in advance, didn't I? I'm a sucker, LOL.
ROFLMAO @ UM's meanie challenge!!!! I should stop calling them Build Your Own and call them Meanie Challenges.
