team Ren for sure!!!
team Ren for sure!!!
Oh, and Isa...I really liked this one. It's a bit sappier love story wise but the time travel thing was pretty cool, and I liked that there were a few bad/evil type guys in it. Still waiting on book 2 in this series to show up.
@Joanna I recently read the STRANGE ANGELS books; they're really good. @Stacia. I see that you put TRASH on your TBR. I just got a copy of that one... haven't read it yet though. Is the HOURGLASS DOUR anything like Time Traveller's Wife?
Stacia wrote: "No. I didn't like TTW."OK good to know because TTW wasn't my cup of tea either. Im going book hunting in a few... hope I get some good titles :) I hope they have MATCHED... If it reminds you of UNWIND, then I'm really excited about it :)
The story isn't the same at all, I just felt like the writing style was similar. There are a few parts that dragged a little bit more than I would have liked, but it was still a decent book.
@Islamlq thanks i'll look for that book. :)@Stacia i'm in the mood for paranormal romance that isn't annoying.
@Joanna. Sorry for butting in, for YA PNR try Raised By Wolves, Paranormalcy, Nevermore or Hex Hall... those didn't not annoy me at all and they're pretty quick reads. @Stacia, thanks!
Hex Hall is great. Lots of snarky humor.Haven't read Paranormalcy or Raised by Wolves (yet, but plan to), but Isa usually knows what to recommend.
I think you've read Mortal Instruments based on your Jace comment, but I didn't see them on your list. Love the humor in those books.
Morganville Vampires has a bit of a dark side to it...the vamps are not always friendly. There is romance though, and after you get past book 1 (the girl is a little annoying in the first book), the series is pretty great.
If you're willing to try adult PNR :Night Huntress series (I don't shut up about these, I know)
Fever series
Shifters series
Black Dagger Brotherhood series
Chicagoland Vampires series
YES! MORGANVILLE! What was I thinking? Yes, Joanna... read Morganville, Stacia is right. 9 books out now but there's more to come. Totally addictive... I love Shane!
I am in the middle of my 3rd read of the Twi Saga. Currently I am reading Eclipse and as I have too much stress at work I don't find much time to read +sighs+Next book will be "Personal Demons" by Lisa Desrochers.

@Camilla oooh! i DEFINITELY want to read the next one!!!! i am thrilled for it to come out already. :)
I'm reading:
&
A Dirty Job is a little too close to home for me right now, so I'm trying to take a break by reading The Morganville Vampires: Volume 1. I know A Dirty Job is humourous, but still. I think I'm gonna give up on it completely for now. I'll go back eventually.
Finished
. It was just so so for me. I thought it had a good idea, but didnt know how to convey it.Starting
, not a paranormal, its a YA though, I guess.
