I'm reading EON right now!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Dang Carina, you zipped through the series fast. At this rate, you'll be able to comment on the buddy read before we've moved on. :)

brittany (cirilla) Putting Crave by Melissa Darnell on hold. It's..ugh.

Going to read either Thorn Queen (Dark Swan, #2) by Richelle Mead or Bloodlines (Bloodlines, #1) by Richelle Mead I can't decide.

Crystalclearwpg (chrystal-clear) | 12 comments Just finished vampire kisses #4, Dance with a Vampireand now I'm going to read vampire kisses #5, The Coffin Club. Its nice to read a book that is done in a day. Once I start back at school I'm going to be able to read only textbooks and old classics. Hopefully I'll be able to get some private reading in..lol

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Awww that stinks about required reading only.

Brit, they're both good. :)

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Oh...I guess I'm reading Extreme Exposure (I-Team, #1) by Pamela Clare for one of my other groups monthly read.

message 8258: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) I know but I can't decide which one to read first lol

message 8259: by Crystalclearwpg (new)

Crystalclearwpg (chrystal-clear) | 12 comments Finding the time to read required reading and writing papers that are over 2000 words and getting good grades to stay in the program is the hard part....but this is a good life change that I will just suck up and try to manage to get my own reading in...lol

Being 36 yrs old and going to university is a big feat for me and I'm LOVING IT!!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) That's awesome. I'd love to go back to school someday. I started, but didn't finish college because of trying to juggle work/school and being a single parent at the time.

Crystalclearwpg (chrystal-clear) | 12 comments That's the same problems I had but when I ended working in the factory that I was at for another 3 yrs after my son was born, I said enough. I heard about this program that I'm in that flexes around having kids, its a mature student program, that was when I said to myself either do it now or never....so I did it and I don't regret one moment of it. Plus the kids love to finally have me home....I worked a night job for 8 yrs.

message 8264: by Courtney (new)

Courtney K (cklueh) I FINISHED IT!!! Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid #1) by Richelle Mead

It was as good as Vampire Academy. As that is my favorite series of all time, this statement is high praise. I honestly didn't think it could be as good, but I am so glad I was wrong, wrong, wrong! This is the start of a series that I was expecting when I read Darkfever. I now understand why there are quite a few of you that can't put this series down. I'm placing my order for the next book right now!

message 8265: by Courtney (new)

Courtney K (cklueh) I forgot to say I would have read Succubus Blues a heck of a lot sooner had I known there are angels in it. I LOVE angels!

Terri ♥ (aka Mrs. Christian Grey) (mybookboyfriend) | 13 comments I finished Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, #2) by Suzanne Collins 5 stars. I finished Succubus Revealed (Georgina Kincaid #6) by Richelle Mead 5 stars. I'm reading One Grave at a Time (Night Huntress, #6) by Jeaniene Frost .

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Keys to the Repository (A Blue Blood Companion Book) by Melissa de la Cruz is up on Netgalley for those who like "extra facts" books about their series. This one is for Blue Bloods.

message 8271: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) That book has been out for ages though.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Sometimes they bring back old books to hype a series before a new release.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I'm not reading it. I skimmed the repository stuff in the regular books, haha.

message 8274: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Oh haha. I'm kinda over BB now. Over YAPNR altogether actually.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I still haven't read the last two books. I have one of them on my list for this month for my series continuation challenge, but I've been reading other genres a lot more lately.

message 8276: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) The first 4 are good but the 5th one sucks.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) And I think that's where I'm at...

I'm trying hard this month to at least get caught up on some series I've stalled out on. Then I'll probably be pickier from here on out which ones I start. It's just starting to bug me how many series I started (some mid last year) and have never finished.

message 8278: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) I usually read series back to back so I don't get that problem.

I think Crave did it for me. It showed me most YA PNR is recycled crap.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Well at least you have Bloodlines and Thorn Queen to read. Both of those are decent.

message 8280: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) I think Succubus blues and Iron Crowned came too. And the mistborn series.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Oh nice. You'll have some good ones then.

message 8282: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) Yep. Hopefully I'll like all of them. I really want to find out what Dorian does in book 3. Because I seriously doubt it will turn me against him.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I'm waiting for you to have some some serious words about book 3.

message 8284: by brittany (new)

brittany (cirilla) I'm not going to hate him.

Carina Isa, from what I've read so far from Anna Dressed in Blood(25%), I think this would definetly be a book you would enjoy. I'm REALLY liking it. Its getting really hard to put it down.

message 8300: by Zemira Warner (new)

Zemira Warner Starting Blood Bound by Rachel Vincent . Hope it's good. I've recently finished Anna Dressed in Blood (Anna Dressed in Blood, #1) by Kendare Blake and I got really freaked out in the beginning because I didn't expect it to be that scary. It's the best ghost book out there for sure!
