Yea I just looked it up. I might be getting an ipod touch so itd be good if it acted as an ereader.
We have dumb ereaders here compared to the ones on amazon.
Never mind, I had to go back like 10 pages to find Mephisto Covenant. It probably came out a while ago and I just didn't request it.
...It got to the point where it felt redundant to post on each topic for book number 3, 4, 5, etc. that I liked each individual book when the series was still going. Pretty much most people talk about series when they start and when they finish.Agreed.
Did I mention I'm reading
? I just finished watching True Blood Season 3 and I still prefer the books. Sookie is so much MORE in the books (fiesty and self-reliant).
I REALLY REALLY want to start
now but should read
which i didnt finish because
was just soo awesome (reminds me of what I felt when I read
*sigh*
You can always wait and do Bloodlines with us on Thursday. We put off the buddy read because Wendy's got to wait for her book to come in.
Storm Born? I really like it! I kind of hate Kiyo. It's one of these yeah I just hate him hates lol. I love Dorian though. A lot.
Stacia *steals Leea's coffee wrote: "You can always wait and do Bloodlines with us on Thursday. I like it but im not loving it (yet) Mephisto is... not keeping my attention as of yet, (but that might be because of Bloodlines.)
@Brit, that you like what you've read so fa has me excited about starting the series.
Have you guys read Imaginary Girls? I liked that one.
Nope and surprisingly, that's one I don't have yet. I guess it's okay though because I have my next 10 or so books lined up to read. Every time the month flips over I have to start by doing group reads for the groups I mod, so that takes up my first week. :(If it's good though, I guess it goes on my list to read after Native Star, Ruby Oliver and Burn Bright...
Brittany wrote: "I know. I read ahead."Eugenie flip flops more than any other character in any other book series I've read. Yet, I still like the books. I think I have a serious thing for Richelle Mead.
I prefer Succubus but I'm so in love with Seth because he's different from all the other guys. For some reason I'm guessing you'd like Chicagoland better, but I think it's because Merit is very standoffish with Ethan and she doesn't let him walk on her. Georgie in Succubus sleeps around a lot, and I can see you being annoyed by that for some reason.So...I don't know. I like Succubus better, but you may like the other series better.
Isa, what do you think? You've read both.
Brittany wrote: "@Isa Awesome! I haven't heard of that one"

IG defies classification... it's very cleverly written. I gave it a four but the way Im going over it in my head has me thinking I should bump it up to a 5. read it guys (...when you can of course! :)
and YAY for me I have found the ebooks for the dark swan books. :)
I understand your thing for Mead, she writes kick ass stories!
@Stacia Hmm okay I'll think about it. I've been wanting to read Chicagoland though.@Isa Oh I'll have to check it out!
And lucky you I have to wait for mine to come from TBD lol. Pfff I have ARC's to read anyway.

I vote Succubus... I liked that one from the get! read chicagoland later
Brittany wrote: "Okay LOL. Seth better be as hot as you all say!"seth is dorky and quiet then later he is something else... :)
I've only read the first of Georgina Kincaid. But from what I've read, I really like Seth.
*chants* Seth! Seth! Seth!Okay, I need to go to bed. Or at the very least, I need to go get in bed and read to make myself tired.
Did I say how jealous I am of you right now, Disney girl? I think I have at least a couple of times, but I'm still happy for you.
Good night!
Started
last night and am about 25% in. I'm really liking Seth....I mean I'm liking the book. The book not just Seth....*wink*
Georgina Kincaid seems very interesting ... I'll try it some time ! Right now, I'm reading Agatha Christies's 'The ABC Murders' . Very interesting , so far ;)
I finished Narcissus in Chains last night and started a new author for myself...Cherie Priests' Bloodshot.Sounds interesting and I will keep you guys posted.
Mary, I used to love Agatha Christie when I was younger. I'm curious how Bloodshot is. I tried reading her Steampunk book Boneshaker and didn't make it past the halfway point, but maybe her Urban Fantasy is better.
I have Boneshaker on hold at the library and I'm iffy about that one. Not really the kind that I do read but will check it out, always up for a new genre. I will keep you up with Bloodshot though.

And If I were totally honest about Bloodlines I'd lower my rating but... I see potential in it.. Mephisto doesn't even have that (for me...) I've seen some positive reviews for MC though.

I'm picky to. I still might try it though. I read your review for bloodlines..now I'm not as excited lol. But I'll still read it.
I'm just now starting Bloodlines. I didn't read today because my little one was being a turd all day long and I had a massive migraine. It was easier to sit on the computer and bum around because he wanted to climb on me constantly. There's no way I would have been able to focus on reading.

Definitely read Bloodlines though! Adrian <3
She always has a weaker first book on every series she writes, so I'm expecting it to be decent but not as good as the rest of the series.
