Teresa,
Kristina and I were discussing my husband's fashion shackles over wine. I think this grey, camel, cornflower blue sweater dress wants camel boots. It does. My husband feels that because it has grey in it, that it wants black boots.
Looking forward to your ruling.

The question is whether that's a Halloween costume or not. Maybe his fiancee is wearing a Teletubby outfit?
My brother's the best man and yes, we'll both be wearing kilts. One of the ushers, too, but i don't know what tartan for him. We have kind of a tenuous link to the Black Watch...Campbells, a few generations back. Also, the bride is a Sutherland and there's a link there as well. I'd intended to do the Furman University tartan and buy the kilts, but apparently they'd have to actually weave the cloth and that takes a wee bit more time than i have...
And no, it's not a halloween costume. It's formal attire. And she'll be wearing a wedding dress. With blood-spatter socks.
And combat boots.
I'm Gordon clan and maybe Gunn clan. I'll have to do some research and figure out if we're sworn enemies.

Fashion rule #346
If you are guy and you wear shoes like this......
I knew about a half a dozen guys, all in their 40's and 50's, that could totally rock those shoes. They were all friends of my dad, and old-school rock musicians. I think that's the criteria for winklepickers.
^^ I just threw up a little. I didn't think you could intentionally make feet any uglier than they are naturally, but I was wrong.

The blue is kind of cornflowery...
