"Samantha, I've heard that Clockwork Angel is a YA book. Is that right? Does it contain any sexual content or anything too adult? I'm looking for books for my 11 year old niece. She reads well beyond her age but anything with sexual content is just not appropriate for her. She's read the twilight series over two dozen times.

no sexual content, though there are a few sexual references but they are pretty low key, and yeah it's a YA book, a very good one too
HI Angie, The city of bones series is great for her age too. My son read them when he was 12, I read them before him and had no concerns at all.
Great books for all ages

"I adore that book, but damn @ the cliffhangers. Thank God I have only one more week left of suffering in agony before the last book comes out, though.
OMG that's right it's coming out soon, and dag nabbit wouldn't you know I don't have the money, but maybe I will oh that would be exciting.
Hi, I just finished the Night Huntress series (and loved every single one) and the spin-offs as well. After reading Jeaniene Frost, I must confess that I find it difficult to read vampire novels. So if you can recommend any good ones (aside from IAD, which I've also finished), please do. And prior to JF, I've read all of the Dark Hunters, Dark Series, and even Anita Blake. Suggestions will be very much appreciated. :D
Oh my, you're not going to believe this. But after completing the NH series, I feel Ms. Frost cap the genre for me. Don't feel like reading any more Vampire stuff, until the next Frost's book. Now I'm hooked on romance novels; but the ones where friends pretend to be boyfriend/girlfriend, engaged or married. I know, I know, and I'm embarrassed, but remember I said "I'm hooked"...

Dani wrote: "Has anyone read Happily Never After?"I have this book but I haven't started it yet. I just finished up Kresley Cole's "Immortals After Dark" series and WOW!!! It was AMAZING!! I don't wanna stat a new series right now with some "Bones" coming my way soon so I purchased "Happily Never After" and "Until Tuesday" to tide me over for HIM!!!!!!!
haha... I have to get Until Tuesday. I liked it but I don't remember the vampire Chance. Can someone remind me if he has been mentioned in the series before, if so, where? I should go back and read the series again. ; )

I remembered reading and keep saying, "wow, where she got that idea???" I was actually debating putting it my favorite or not...that's beating out BDB, and I LOVE my BDB, can you believe it?
Anywho, it did me in for vampires so I had to switch genre. Next thing I knew my Roarke in IN DEATH series rescued me. He's always there to balance out my craziness, sigh...
Good luck and hope to see the recommendations.
finished reading

IF MY POST SHOWS UP TWICE SORRY!! Shouting! soz! I got side tracked..I have just finished "Pack Challenge" a really enjoyed the light easy reading. I;m now re reading the Night Huntress series, in preparation for the end of the month and the release of "One Grave At A Time" I'm reading "One Foot In The Grave" at the moment and plan to have them all finished by the end of the month. I am shocked at how much I have forgotten from the series in such a short time, so really enjoying the recap .

I was the same way when I reread them...I was shocked at how much I had forgotten-or more likely than not-I hd read throughit SO fast the first time that I didn't pickup on it!! Once I started reading them, I zipped through 'em!! Rereading them made me pick up a lot that hadn't soaked in the first time!! I hope to read the next a little slower-but with Bones in my hands,I can make no promises!!
