What Are You Reading Right Now?
This is my review, explaining why i hage the book so much: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...
The hunger games is better then the knife of never letting go
Catching fire is worse then the ask and the answer
Mocking jay is worse then monsters of men.

SPOILER, DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T FINISH MOCKINGJAY.I liked the Mockingjay. There were some scenes that are just ... disappointing (Finnick's death, the epilogue, etc), but Collins managed to show some great parts as well. I do agree with most of Jessica's review though (the lack of Annie and Johanna, etc), and I think that Collins could end the trilogy a little better than that. I don't know. It seems like she was rushing it to end or something.
right now im reading a book called love on the line by Laura Castoro. just started reading it but its about this girl who is going to marry a pastor and she has to adjust to being a pasors wife / get into the lifestyle.it also mixes races. its an okay book so far

I'm currently reading Delirium by Lauren Oliver. This book is amazing! It comes out February 1st, about a week from now- if you like books like the Hunger Games, this will certainly have some appeal!Next I'll be reading Nightshade and then Wither, A World Without Heroes, and The Thirteen Curses. I'm so excited!

It was really good. At first I worried about reading it because I tried reading Revolution and disliked it, but A Nothern Light was better than I thought it would be.
I'm still reading Infinite Jest....Actually I'm only about 150 pages in. It's massive and brilliant, but so complex that long reading sessions are haaard. On the side I checked out another Thomas Ligotti collection. 'The Frolic' made me lose some sleep, won't lie.

Taylor wrote: "Angel wrote: "I'm currently reading Delirium by Lauren Oliver. This book is amazing! It comes out February 1st, about a week from now- if you like books like the Hun..."Me too! I just finished it today, and I'm so glad it has a sequel! Although it seems a bit similar to The Hunger Games, the concept of deliria is so original and satisfying! Can't wait!!!!
Whitney wrote: "I really want to read The Hunger Games. Frank, tell me if there good."I am about 100 pages in right now. So far I like the characters, unique post-apocalyptic setting, and the strange relationships with some of the characters. I will post a full review when I am done with the book. I'll shoot you a friend request so you can be notified.
I'm reading *takes deep breath*Graceling-Kristin Cashore
Dragon Slippers-Jessica Day George
The Time Paradox-Eoin Colfer
River Secrets-Shannon Hale
Point Blank-Anthony Horowitz
James Potter and the Hall of Elders' Crossing-G. Norman Lippert
Gathering Blue-Lois Lowry
At the moment, I'm reading The Replacement by Brenna Yovanoff. So far, it's not what I anticipated it to be but I'm not very deep into the book yet, so as I continue I might be pleasantly surprised - hopefully (:
Still working through Wasted: A Memoir of Anorexia and Bulimia. Just finishing up Torchwood: In the Shadows (Audio Exclusive).
Amelia (Imagination in Focus) wrote: "The Cinderella Society & Matched :D"Matched is really good! I have a signed copy (:
Natalie wrote: "My friends are forcing me to read Harry Potter :/ And then I'm also reading The Emerald Atlas"
Harry Potter is kind of like required reading.

I hope you continue to like it!
Actually, I just started Red Moon Rising because MATCHED was getting kinda boring, lol! And so was THE CINDERELLA SOCIETY. :P

I love Dragon Slippers! How do you like it?
Natalie wrote: "I'm reading The Emerald Atlas, Harry Potter #1, and The Zombie Survival Guide :P"
Are you loving The Zombie Survival Guide? I absolutely adore the work of Max Brooks. Hoping to meet him at Emerald City ComiCon this year!

Yeah, I like it! It's interesting, but I'm not sure I believe it or not :P But if anything ever happens I willl be prepared!
Where is the Emerald City ComiCon?
I was going to go to the San Diego one to meet Ryan Renolds, but the tickets were sold out :/
@Natalie: Well, it is a work of fiction... for now.
ECCC is in Seattle.

The Hunger Games are must-reads. I can't even count the number of timea I've re-read them...@Natalie I didn't really liked Matched that much. I'm probably the only one that feels that way...? Maybe I expected too much.
@Jessica How do you like City of Ashes? OK, if Alex Pettyfer plays Jace in The Mortal Instruments movies, I will be a very happy girl. The series was good, although I read them forever and a lifetime ago. Well, if Alex plays Peeta in HG, I will probably die of happiness.
And... I just finished Cynthia Hand's Unearthly, which was almost a 5-star. It's in a completely different caliber than other YA angle books, which were mostly let-downs, especially Halo (pretty cover, horrible book...)
Cinnamon, I am enjoying City of Ashes. I'd give it 3 stars so far.
However, if Alex Pettyfer is cast as Jace I will be very unhappy, and if he is cast as Peeta I will cry. From sadness.

I gave the first book: 5 stars
Catching Fire: 5 stars
Mockingjay:2 stars.
I hated Mockingjay. ITs a let down, and becasue of that its not my favorite trilogy. The best trilogy is Chaos Walking by Patrick Ness.
I definitely recommend them: The Knife of Never Letting Go
