by Dan Brown. My friends husband loved the books and he really wanted me to read them. I am trying but I am in college, I am taking the summer off so maybe I can get it finished!!

I am readng 'Cold Comfort Farm' by Stella Gibbons, which is a cheap Penguin book. A classic which I had never heard of ... really enjoying it!

I thought "Angels and Demons" was the best written of the three Brown books I've read. I liked it much better than "The DaVinci Code."

it starts off almost exactly the same!
i'm reading it
and its not boring
but is it as interesting as angels and demons?

There are definitely similarities, but most of those go to writing style. The plot is constructed very similarly. "DaVinci Code", IMO, is a very nice tour of Rome, with some intrigue.

I'm just finishing "The Postmistress" by Sarah Blake. It's good overall, though I would have liked more depth in the middle section about the female reporter travelling through Europe with the German refugees. The book paints a wonderful picture of a small Cape Cod fishing town that's used as a holiday destination for a short time each summer- and is set in 1941.

Sorry guys for being a lousy Mod and not being on for like a week but I have exam block next week and Im soooooo behind on studying that its no laughing matter but yer I managed to read finish skulduggery pleasant and kiss of crimson both which were quite good . Skulduggery was AMZING ( Keely you have to read it this is your type of book) Read my reviews on http://badassbookie.blogspot.com/ I spent alot of time of these two reviews so it would be appreciated if you would at least check them out you o skim read THANK -YOU !!!!!

yeah Beccy.. i loved it too and then it got CRAP after Hunted. i gave up on the 5th one and im not even going to bother reading Burned.
Blue Bloods is kinda boring me so far.. not much action or story line happening :|
