Maybe I'll listen to it on audio. Hmmmm... I better put myself on the waitlist. Thanks, Megan.

Almost finished with
. Still in the middle of
. Plan on getting to
and I didn't read any In Death in January, and I have set a self-challenge of 24 of them this year (counting the in-between novellas).
Currently reading Jacob as part of my re-read of the series in order to read the newest one. I have to do the same thing with J.R. Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood series in time for the release of Lover Reborn in March.
been attempting an organization of my ebooks (lol). So haven't being reading as much but reading
and trying to read
and I checked out a few Sherrilyn Kenyon's books from the library to read. I may have to recheck them if I don't get to them ☺
Currently reading
and not getting into it as much as everyone else. The villain is über creepy and I'm not even into regular creepy right now. **sigh** I really like the relationship between the H/h, though. Getting ready to start
for a "buddy read". Currently listening to - and almost finished with
. Haven't gotten back to
- shame on me, LOL!
Oh, yeah, I've not started on any of my "challenge" books that I thought I'd do yet either ☺ But all is not lost. I do a lot of my reading around 9pm when the family goes to bed.
~Megan~ wrote (re: The Help): "And Julie, the movie was great...I think you'll enjoy it! "Thanks, Megan. I watched over the weekend with my hubby and thought it was very well done. I think he was prepared to be bored, but ended up agreeing with about it being well done.

Yesterday, I read the second story in Bad Boys Over Easy, The Cupid Curse by Jen Nicholas. It was a cute contemporary fantasy with a unique premise. Today I started the last of Cathy Yardley's Player's Club trilogy, Finn. I've been reading this series for review and very pleasantly surprised by how much I'm liking it. This one is off to a great start too which makes me a happy reader.:-)
Julie (Mom2lnb) wrote: "Oooo, great book -- great series too. Is this your first time reading Raven Prince, Lisa Kay?"Yup, first time. I'm enjoying it. Too bad it isn't available on audio.
I seem to read a lot more mysteries lately, but this week I'm on a bit of a romance jag. Read an older one Tuesday, The Duke Comes Home by Barbara Cartland, which I enjoyed, and am currently halfway through a rom suspense, Sea of Suspicion by Toni Anderson.
Reading
and then I will hopefull get started on a challenge read or get my behind reading The Count of Monte Cristo. Of course, my behind might have a problem reading but you know what I mean ☺
Finished over the weekend: Sea of Suspicion and The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner. Currently reading Solid as Steele.
I'm reading
in paperback. Also listening to
at home and have
in my iPod/Touch. I don't know when I'll get to
. I really should approach that as a "chapter a day" type deal. I am amazed at how much gets read when I do that. **sigh**
Pamela(AllHoney) wrote: "Reading

haha. They had my 11 yr old daughter reading this at school. Definitely not children lit from what I've read of it. Good luck with it.
~Megan~ wrote: "I've finally succumbed to peer pressure, and am starting
. Will it live up to the hype?"OOOHHHHH!!! Hope you enjoy it. Loved it and it kicked off my obsession on Dystopian books. Loved Divergent more though, I think. lol
It was my first dystopian and I loved it Megan. But if you've read a few by now, it might not have the same magic for you. I'd be interested to know what you think, please let us know when you're finished.
I finished it ladies....I was loving it ever so much until the end and the way Katniss treated Peeta. Just started #2, and I am finding it hard to deal with the love triangle. I know, I know...that's not what the story is about, but to my romantic self, it kinda is what the story is about LOL! Don't get me wrong, I love all the violence and political drama and the insanity of the world they live in, but...I think that's why I loved Divergent so so much...no dreaded love triangle.
Yep, I think you nailed it there Megan. I thought Divergent was a better Dystopian Romance, but I thought The Hunger Games was a better-written Dystopian. Not sure if that makes sense...
CaroB wrote: "Yep, I think you nailed it there Megan. I thought Divergent was a better Dystopian Romance, but I thought The Hunger Games was a better-written Dystopian. Not sure if that makes sense..."That makes perfect sense to me. Couldn't say it better!!
Megan: I'm glad you liked The Hunger Games. I love the entire trilogy, especially the first two books. The end of book two had me screaming in frustration, especially since I had to wait eight months for book three to come out--and then I was reluctant to start it because I didn't want the series to end. Finished Solid as Steele and reached for another moldering in Mount TBR, I Love Bad Boys -- and anthology by Lori Foster, Janelle Denison and Donna Kauffman. I must have intended to read this at one time, as I found a bookmark tucked inside. Don't think I actually got round to it, though, as the first novella has not been familiar thus far.
I'm glad to get all this input about
. I think I'll wait on it a bit longer. Thanks, everyone! Is the series at an end now?
Lisa Kay: Yes, there are only three books to the series. The author does have another series, which I have not read: Gregor the Overlander Box Set.
This morning, I finished The Shack by Wm. Paul Young. This afternoon, I started P.O. Box Love by Paola Calvetti.
Hi,I'm just popping in to recommend you
. Awesome reading and I really think most of you would enjoy it.I also long for a good western, or a book similar to my all-time-favorite Morning Glory. Any suggestions?

A recommendation from you, Anna, carries a lot of weight with me, so it's automatically gone on my "to-get" shelf!
I just finished Animosity by Linda Andrews, a fun sci-fi adventure with a little romance. Now I'm going the completely opposite direction with an erotic romance, Susie's Choice by Barbara Elsborg.
I read the first page of
. The first page had 1 word "Spring"I'm so stressed about this book I couldn't bring myself to read more. Hopefully tonight. Geez
I'm currently reading The Next Alwaysand can't say that I'm loving it. And the tough part is that it's part of a trilogy so if I stick with it I would have to slog through the next 2 books. I don't know what it is but Nora isn't doing it for me any more and I used to read everything she wrote. Time for me to move on, I think.
Oh, I liked that one, Lori. Sorry you're not enjoying it. It does have kind of a leisurely pace and not much excitement.
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "I liked that story, Julie. It was unique for historical romances."I agree. It was different and a very sweet story.
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "I'm reading
and LOVING LOVING LOVING IT!!!!!!! WOOOTT!!!!"Ditto!!! I'm about halfway through now and I already don't want it to end.
I am in the middle of
and I am not sure how I feel about it yet. There is so much going on and I hope it all comes together in the end.
