I tried to read The Vampire's Betrayal and just did not enjoy it at all. I even thought I'd skip a few chapters and a few chapters more and I still didn't like the book. So didn't read that book. I do not have enough time to read Lover Enshrined, so I'm moving that to a March challenge. Ended up liking The Red Heart of Jade. I had read another short story by Marjorie Liu and thought it was just okay, this book was better than okay once you get past the first chapter.
