HP is the reason I'm here, they're the first books I ever read and actually enjoyed and they made me want to read more, and The Deathly Hallows is probably one of my favourite books of all time (call me weird but it's true) I could read it 100 times and not get bored of it *___*

Hunger Games, All the way. So many layers to the story, so much to be interested in. Everything from the society, their clothes, the arena itself was fascinating. Harry Potter was....okay.

They aren't at all the same but I was late getting on the hp bandwagon like the 5 thbook was already out whenvi started the 1st one. whereas I've loved hunger games before it became at all popular so I feel more attached to the hunger games

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows destroys Mockingjay. DESTROYS IT. But The Hunger Games and Catching Fire are so much better than Sorcerers Stone and Chamber of Secrets. Both are FANTASTIC series however, and personally I'd say that everyone should read both!

I'd say they are almost equal. I was obssessed with HP and now I'm obssessed with THGT so... They both are very well written, have amazing characters, and lots of twists and turns. HP's twists are so UNEXPECTED! And

I actually didn't enjoy Deathly Hallows that much. So, I wouldn't say it destroys Mockingjay. For me, they're on equal ground.

That's very strange. I've personally never read a better ending to a series. And I didn't think Mockingjay was nearly as good as The Hunger Games or Catching Fire, but to each their own of course. But I must say given the two series and if I was forced to pick a favorite it would be The Hunger Games.

I agree! I read The Deathly Hallows, and it wasnt that good.
Mainly because my sister told me what happened, so Mockingjay was more interesting!

Oh...Well I read the 1st book when I was 8 and I was like 10 or 11 when I read the 7th so....I just don't understand how someone could be sleeping while watching HP especially during the action scenes
