Claudia Ayala (claudia_ayala) | 149 comments Just finished Magic Breaks (Kate Daniels, #7) by Ilona Andrews . I love the world created by Ilona Andrews in Kate Daniels series, one of my favorites.

Reread Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling, #1) by Nalini Singh , Visions of Heat (Psy-Changeling, #2) by Nalini Singh , Caressed by Ice (Psy-Changeling, #3) by Nalini Singh and Lover Awakened (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #3) by J.R. Ward . ;)

Didn’t like The Girl (Guardians #1) by Lola St.Vil . It was written for teenagers and definitely I’m not into YA.

Also, read Pleasure Unbound (Demonica, #1) by Larissa Ione , Desire Unchained (Demonica, #2) by Larissa Ione , Passion Unleashed (Demonica, #3) by Larissa Ione , Eternity Embraced (Demonica, #3.5) by Larissa Ione and Ecstasy Unveiled (Demonica, #4) by Larissa Ione . I´ve enjoyed Larissa Ione's Demonica series so far. A little too centered in sex, but they are ok.

I tried Karen Marie Moning’s Highlander series; read To Tame A Highland Warrior (Highlander #2) by Karen Marie Moning and The Highlander's Touch (Highlander, #3) by Karen Marie Moning . They didn´t impress me.

Those are great books.

This week I read Juliet and The Lost Sisterhood by Anne Fortier. They both were 'Da Vinci Code meets chick lit' but The Lost Sisterhood was much better than Juliet.

Phe | 22 comments Jessica wrote: "I recently read Fated by Rebecca Zinnotti...not so much a fan. I like women who loooove to have sex with dangerous men and the main character is such a wuss."

Jessica, I totally agree. I was not a fan of the first two books in the series. Both heroines were weak (in my opinion) and the heroes were complete neanderthals. But the books get much better as the series goes along.

You mentioned a couple of my favorites :) Ione's Demonica centers around Seminus Demons so there is sex, but not as bad as some I have read. Have you read any of her Lords of Deliverance series?
Too bad you didn't like Monings Highlander series, I think I enjoyed it more than the Fever series. Try The Dark Highlander (Highlander, #5) by Karen Marie Moning and see if you like it any better.

message 33832: by Shannon (new)

Shannon | 65 comments Started reading Dark Storm (Dark, #23) by Christine Feehan and then got a notice that Born of Fury (The League, #7) by Sherrilyn Kenyon is waiting for me at the library. Yippee! I have missed The League.
