The boy did so then went off into the kitchen where he had been headed originally.

"Thanks for helping me find it. " Christian said to Katarina as he headed for the door. "I'll see you later."
"Katerina do you know where the biscuits are?" Came a voice from the kitchen. "Probably with the tea," Katerina called back then turned her attention back to Christian and waved. "Bye."
Christian left, and headed back to his house to see if Alek had figured anything out.
Alek was still looking through the book, but had an idea.
"Hey Christian!" came an all too familiar voice from behind him, and he turned to see Sabrina."What's up?" he asked, stopping and turning towards her with a smile that was a little off as all He could think aboit was how he'd spent all morning helping alek do something he knew would get her mad.
"Nothing much." she replied. "I was just heading over to your house to see if you wouldn't mind teaching me some more firestarter stuff? "
"Oh...that's not a good idea," he said, his voice breaking guiltily, and he remember another reason he should have said no to Alek- he was a bad secret keeper.
"Oh, are you busy? I'm sorry." Sabrina said, and though she kept her disappointment from her face well, She couldn't hide the darkening of the shadows around her reflecting the same disappointment.
"Don't be sorry!" Christian said suddenly. "It's not important. Really, come on." he said, walking ahead without giving her time to reply.
Sabrina followed silently. it was almost as if Christian we're alone, and he kept glancing back to make sure she was there and praying to God Alek was already gone.
Alek heared them outside, and leaving the book behind teleported away.
Sabrina walked in and paused. "I didn't know you hung out with Alek." she said, surprised when his scent hit her nose, fairly strong and fairly recent."Oh yeah. it's a new thing." Christian replied, not looking at her. "Come on, there are a couple of things I want to let you know." he said, and he took her up to his room.
Rebecca arrived home a few minutes later and went up to her room.{{Sorry I'm not quite sure what I can add here.}}
((i finally had an idea! I'm going to put the shapeshifter stuff on hold for a bit))Christian lead Sabrina up to his room, and explained to her how using her powers could pose a danger to her as a vampire, and to not use them until he could figure out more. "Oh? Thanks for letting me know, then." she said. They were sitting on the floor of his room, directly across from each other, a book in between them as Christian showed her some passages that led him to believe what he did. But as she spoke, she inched closer to him. "You know, you help me out a lot, Christian." she commented .
Christian shrugged. "We are friends, Sabrina." he said.
"Yeah...friends." Sabrina said, and Christian hadn't noticed how much closer she'd gotten to him until she placed her hand over his and he realized she was now right next to him. "Maybe we should change that."
"What do you-" Christian started.
"Sh," Sabrina said, placing her hands on his shoulders and pushing him down before covering his lips with her own.
Christians eyes widened, and he lifted his hands to push her off - forgetting the fact that she was a vampire - because no matter how many times he'd imagined that moment, she was still someone else's girlfriend, but then her scent reached his nose and her red curls shifted forward to brush against his face, and when she deepened the kiss, he was lost.
Rebecca came to Christians room to ask Christian something, but froze when she saw the and forgot what it was. She stood, rooted to the spot, staring. On the one hand she was glad for her brother: she knew how much he's wanted this; but on the other, this was her friend's girlfriend. Finally she cleared her throat.
Sabrina sat back, effectivl y sitting on Christian and keeping him from moving even if he'd wanted to, and looked at Rebecca. "What's up?" she asked innocently, while Christian stared at the ceiling looking as if lightening had been shot through him in a way that made him look both pained and wonderfully disbelieving.
"Um, Sabrina... can I tal to my brother for a minute? Alone."
"Alrighty." Sabrina said, standing and walking outside.Christian stood, looking more confused than ever, and turned to Rebecca. "Yeah?" he said.
"Are you out of your mind?" Rebeccca hissed. "She has a boyfriend!"
"Trust me, that was so not my idea." Christian replied. "I don't know what happened."
"It can't happen again," Rebecca said.
"Why are you telling me this? Tell her." Christian said.
"She isn't related to me," Rebecca said.
Christian sighed and nodded. "Yeah, alright."
"Promise me Christian," Rebecca insisted, "that you won't let it happen again."
"I didn't let anything happen!" Christian insisted.
"Just be careful," Rebwcca sighed.
"Yeah, I got it." Christian said, clearly offended at her insinuations.
Christian sighed and sat down on the edge of his bed.

Sabrina decided that since Rebecca didn't seem to want her to overhear, she'd have to go pretty far away, and if she was going to do that she might as well find Alek. It wasn't long before she was right next to him.
"Hello love," Alek said when her heard her approach.
"Hey," Sabrina said. "What have you been up to?"
"So I was thinking that I should probably tell you this before someone else does." Sabrina said. "I kissed Christian."
Alek was quiet for a long time before he finally said, "oh."
Sabrina nodded. "I also don't think its working with us." she said.
"alright, I believe that's all I wanted to say." Sabrina said, turning to leave.
Alek watched her go, staring blankly as she disappeared from his sight.
Sabrina for back to Christians room just as he sat down on the edge of his bed. She sat next to him, too close for comfort. So close he almost got tongue tied as he asked, "Is everything alright with you? Everything OK with you and Alek?" "Oh, I'm fine." Sabrina said. "But Alek and I just broke up."
"...why?" Christian asked, unable to believe he'd even ask such a question. He'd been waiting to hear those words so long he was surprised he didn't feel happier about them.
"Because I realized I loved you more, silly." She replied, elbowing him lightly.
Christian was so conflicted, has another shadow spinner been there, they would have seen His shadow swirling, darkening and lightening at a dizzing pace.
Rebecca thought she heard Christian talking to someone but shook her head and decided to stay out of it.
"Well...i have a lot of homework, finals and all. So...maybe you should leave." Christian finally said, figuring the best way to deal with this situation was get out of it completely."Alright, I don't want to distract you. Let's tall about this more later." She kissed his cheek, then left. Christian sighed with relief.
"Finals? Really?" Rebecca called from her room. "School starts next week."
Christian shrugged, his ears red. "It was the first thing I could think of. She didn't catch it, so its fine."
"I guess congratulations are in order?" Rebecca asked.
Christian shrugged. "Somethings not right." he said.
"It did seem kind of sudden?" Rebecca agreed.
Christian nodded. "One of those too good to be true things."
"What are you gonna do about it?" Rebecca asked.
Christian shrugged. "I have no idea." he said."I'm kinda worried about...oh my god, I didn't even know I was capable of such a feeling." he groaned instead of finishing his thought.
"I'm kinda worried about...Alek." Christian grumbled. "She said she broke up with Him."
