"Zach try to talk to her," Rebecca whispered. "You've definetly always gotten along better with her."
Zach cleared his throat. "hey, susanah..." he said, approaching her hesitantly. "you won't change my mind Zach" Susannah said without stopping, "more than anyone, you should understand" but she was wrong, because Zach was completely confused,
"Susannah, please talk to me," Jacob begged. "I don't understand what's happened."
that made Susannah turn around and stare at him incredulously. "seriously? you don't remember what you did? wow, you really are heartless." she said venomously
"I didn't do anything I swear," Jacob pleaded. "Susannah please please just tell me what's going on. There's something wrong I think someone's messed with your memory just tell me what you think I've done so I can prove that I didn't."
"you killed my mother. I saw you." Susannah said, expressionless.
Jacob froze. He had no way to deny that her mother was dead, but the only people there when it happened were the two of them. And why would she believe him if he tried to explain that he didn't.
"Why would I do that. I loved your mother, more importantly I know how much you did. There is absolutely no reason that I would have," Jacob said, stopping her again. "And besides that wolves don't kill normal people."
"please." Susannah said. "If that were true, my mother would still be alive."
"You know when a wild animal attacks someone and the have to be put down so they don't develope a taste for humans?" Jacob asked. "Well that's how it is for us. If I had killed your mother the pack would have put me down."
"unless the packs as heartless as you are," Susannah said.
"It has nothing to do with heart," Jacob said. "That's just the way it is."
"glad we're in agreement." Susannah said, and she kept walking.
"If I really did kill your mother, with you there, why wasn't I incinerated instantly. You're perfectly capable of burning any of us to a crisp without even trying," Jacob said. "If it really happened the way you think it did do you think you would have let me live this long?"
"I'm letting you live now, aren't I?" Susannah said. "don't expect to know my reasons. you don't know me. "
"I go back to my original question," Jacob said. "Why would I? What could I possibly gain from that?"
"I dont know. I dont know you" susannah said.
"I have sworn countless times never to lie to you Susannah, and I stand by that now when I say that I. Did. Not. Kill. Your. Mother. Your memory has been tampered with," Jacob said. {{Oh My God. I am going to meet Kellan Lutz!}}
((who's that? ))"you can say it all you want. I don't believe you. besides, I'm not the only one that saw you. " Susannah said. Just as Charlie's police cruiser pulled up.
"Who else then?" Jacob challenged.{{The guy who plays Emmett Cullen}}
"adrian" Susannah said.((I thought so! how?))
"Yes because the person who tried to kill you for your blood is a reliable source!" Jacob snapped. "Susannah shes the one who killed your mother because I killed Balthazar when he snapped your neck. Then Christian and Rebecca revived you."
Susannah was shaking her head before he even finished, "no, that's a lie, Adriana my friend." she said as Charlie walked over. "well if it isn't little Mrs. black. it's great to finally meet you, and in good health too!" Charlie said to Susannah.
"Charlie, I don't know if this is the best time," Jacob said. "I think while Adrian had her she messed with her memory."
Charlie looked at him, confused. "I don't understand." he said.Susannah attempted to use their side discussion as a cover up, and started to slip away.
"I told you she was different," Jacob said, then noticed Susannah trying to sneak off and grabbed her wrist, firmly but gently. "I haven't finished talking to you yet." He said without turning to look at her.
"well, I just came by to make sure things were alright, but I guess I can trust you to ensure that happens. see you later, Jacob, don't be a stranger." Charlie said, he looked to say goodbye to Susannah who was glaring to fiercely at Jacob that Charlie decided it was better to just leave, and he headed to his car.
"Bye Charlie, thanks," Jacob said then turned to Susannah. He took her face in his hands andlooked directly into her eyes as he spoke, very softly and gently. "Susannah, I could not hurt you like that. I couldn't take your mother from you, especially since I lost mine. Its a pain I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, definetly not the woman I am in love with."
"you're a good liar, I'll give you that, Black." Susannah said, before elbowing him in the stomach to get him to back away.
Her elbow didn't do much but bounce off the muscles in Jacob's stomach but he did let go of her. "It's going to be cold tonight," he said. "If you insist on leaving you should get a coat, or a sweater or something from your room."
for some reason Susannah couldn't remember exactly where her room was, an inconsistency in Adrians spell, but she didn't want Jacob to know that , so she only said, "I'll be fine."
"And if it rains?" Jacob asked. "Then what are you gonna do? Just go get your coat."
"I'll be fine." SusAnnah insisted, not meeting his eyes.
"Wow really? You are going to put your health on the line just to spite me?"
"It's not about you!" Susannah said, angrily. It's that I can't remember where my room is, or why you'd know anything about it she thought, but said, "I don't have to explain myself to you."
Jacob sighed. "If you wanna freeze I guess trees nothing I can do about it," he said, and stepped aside. "I'm not done talking to you about all this though."
Susannah ignored him, and started walking to the last place she remembered she'd been staying - with her Aunt Shirley.

((ok))"Do you still want to keep searching for Adrian?" Zach asked Jacob.
"Definitely," Jacob said. "Can you ask Alek to keep an eye on her, Rebecca?" Rebecca nodded and called Alek, who agreed.
"OK, well i need to go check on my mom, but let me know if anything changes alright?" Zach said.Susannah finally exited the woods and headed towards Sabrina's house.
"Hey Susannah," Alek said, suddenly leaning in a tree at the edge of the woods that she had just passed. Jacob nodded. "Will do."
Susannah glanced at him, then kept walking without saying anything. Zach headed home.
"I'll look in my spell books to try to find something," Rebecca said to Jacob before leaving with Zach. "So your giving the cold shoulder now?" Alek semi asked, raising and eyebrow.
When Zach got home, he sat with his mom in the living room.Susannah pasued, and looked at him again. "I just don't have anything to say. I need to get home." She said, looking worriedly at the cloudy sky, before she continued walking.
"So I hear Adrian screwed up your memory again," Alek said.
That stopped Susannah in her tracks again. "Why do people keep saying that?!" she demanded. "Adrian would never do that! I don't even think she can do that!"
"She really did a number on it too, huh?" Alek questioned in a way that clearly implied that he knew more than she did.
