"I wanted to make sure I had something to talk about, ok?" Sabrina snapped. "you're the only person that talks to me around here."

"You know Jacob and Susannah don't dislike you so much, it's your mom they don't like, not you."
Sabrina shook her head. "I probably shouldn't talk to you either." Sabrina said.
"Why not? I make a pretty good conversation if I do say so myself."
"we're getting too close to the real reason I came out here." Sabrina said.
Sabrina was quiet for a while, then She said, "I don't want to talk about it."
"Why not? You trusted me enough to jump out of a tree with, you can trust me enough to talk to."
"I didn't know you were going to jump out of that tree." Sabrina said.
Alek shrugged. "It's not like anything happened to you," he said.
"True." Sabrina allowed. "I still don't want to talk about it."
Sabrina looked away from him. "can we just drop it? "
"Sure," Alek said, still curious, but not in the mood to fight.
((k))Adrian stood outside jacobs house, having teleported there shortly after she was sure they'd fallen asleep. she muttered a couple of spells to silence her footsteps, and hide her scent, then She teleported into jacobs room, put a hand on Susannahs arm, and teleported out with her, leaving only her wedding ring on her pillow. once Adrian was at her house a few states over, she cast the memory sweeping spell on Susannah again, bolted the doors, and went to sleep herself.
{{Sorry been crazy busy lately}}Jacobs eyes flew open the moment Susannah was gone.
Adrian slept, confident that the spells she had around her house would keep it hidden from anyone who passed by, with or without the help of magic. Susannah, however, slept rather fitfully, her dreams plagued by nightmares that were once memories.
Jacob called Rebecca and told her what happened and asked her to come over and she agreed. Then he called Alek.
Adrian dreamed about the rest of her plan.
"Hold on a sec," Alek said to Sabrina, taking out his ringing phone. "Yeah Jake?" He listens for a minute, "I'll be there in a minute." He hung up and turned back to her. "I'm sorry, something's happened, I have to go to Jacob's."
Sabrina shrugged. "whatever, I'm almost home anyway. It was nice walking with you."
"Until the next time," Alek said them walked alittle ways away before teleporting to Jacobs house. Rebecca went to Zachs house to tell him what was happening and see if he wanted to come. "Zach baby, wake up," Rebecca said softly, while giving his shoulder a light shake.
Zach groaned, and sat up. "what's up, love?" he asked groggily.
"I'm going to Jacob's house, Susannah's been kidnapped," Rebecca told him.
"what?" Zach said jumping out of bed. "what happened?"
"I'm not 100% sure," Rebecca said. "Ask Hacob to explain it when we get over there."
"Alright." Zach said, quickly slipping on some shoes.
Rebecca grabbed his arm and teleported to Jacob's.
"So what happened?" Zach asked as soon as he saw Jacob.
{{Did Rebecca and Zach ever know about everything with Adrian and Balthazar?}}
{{Okay}}Jacob told Zach about how Adrian was not dead, that she had wiped Susannah's memory the other day, and that when it came back she came and took her.
"do you have any idea where?" Zach asked.
"None," Jacob said. "Which is why I called Rebecca and Alek."
"Here," Alek said walking through the door. "Sorry I'm late. So any ideas on how to track Susannah?"
Zach shrugged and looked at Jacob and Rebecca,.
"I think I know how to find her," Rebecca said. "Alek, do you have a scrying crystal?""Yeah I think so," Alek said, "I'll go get it." Then he left. He came back a few minutes with a white crystal hanging on a black chord.
"What are you going to do?" Zach asked.
"I'm going to scry for her," Rebecca said. "It's one of the most powerful tracking magics. I just need something personal of hers."Jacob handed her Susannah's ring.
Rebecca tied it to the string and pulled out her atlas. She opened it and held the crystal over its pages. The crystal started to swing in circles. The circles got smaller and smaller as they zoned in on Susannah.
Adrian woke with a start, feeling someone's magic at work nearby. she got up and strengthened her invisibility and undetaction spells,
The crystal flung out of Rebecca's hand, after being deflected by Adrian, with so much force that the tip got stuck in the wall.
"...What just happened?" Zach asked.
"Adrian must really not want to be found," Rebecca said. "That was one hell of a blocking spell."
"so...what now?" Zach asked. "I mean I'd magic doesn't work...do we report her missing to the police?"
