I'm about to start re-reading Abarat because I'm waiting on a bunch of books that I have on reserve at the library.

The book is by Clive Barker and its a fantasy book about this girl whose name is Candy Quankenbush (weird name, I know) who lives in a small town and gets chased by this creature so another creature sends her to the islands of Abarat where she has to try to defeat evil basically.

I went to my room to get Abarat out last night and stumbled upon Running with scissors, which I never finished, so I'm actually reading that right now.

I finished running with scissors, that was a crazy book. Now I wish I had its sequel, Dry. But now I'm reading The Golden City by John Twelve Hawks. It was a birthday present.

Its the third book in a trilogy, yes I think its good, but if you want to read it, start with the first book in the series. Just look up John Twelve Hawks, he hasn't written anything yet besides this trilogy and honestly may never write with that pen name ever again...a lot of people think he is probably a mainstream author that wrote under a different pen name so that they can explore a new genre. But anyhow, the trilogy is a big brother is watching you/ scifi/fantasy book.

um... i like 2readalot of books at the time. im reading leviathan, the legend of holly claus, a dear america book, and the great wide sea. none r very none, but all r so far pretty good.
i NEED TO finish the cirque dufreakseries and the Nicholas Flamel the Secrets of the Immortalseries. i planonreading linger, inkheart, nory ryans song, the rest of the cirque du freak series, the sorceress (nocholas flamel), fire, daniel x 2, maxride, witch and wizard, gatekeepers, extras,revenge of the shadow king and holes. those r the books i plan on reading sometime soon. i have like450 in my to read list... i love books!!!
