Started... now Shirtaloon is just messing with readers in the same way the characters usually mess with one another...
There was just a whole discussion about Clive's throbbing shaft (magic staff)... with a straight face... and they never cracked... just continued on with the story...

From the Foreword from the author to this audiobook, I think Part 2 of the story is essentially 26 epilogues?...

LOLOLOL
That makes me think of watching Jeff Hays read cold, and cracking up at Dinniman's jokes... one video ends with him saying "Damn you, Matt!"
I liked this alot... as usual...
I wasn't expecting the Part 2 plot to happen so soon... and so compressed... but I think it opens the series to interesting future plots...
I liked the extended ensemble nature of Part 2... it was definitely similar to the many epilogues in book 3, but I liked it more here, for some reason?... also, everyone clearly knows Jason will be back sooner or later, this time around, because he's Jason, and Jason is basically unkillable at this point (even if you ignore the plot armor, lol)...
I was clearly wrong about the specifics of Gary at the end of the previous book... but the end result was half-same...
It's kind of crazy this is book 11, and not the end of a trilogy/volume...
I hope Shirtaloon is healthy enough to get back to writing book 13, sooner than later...
Is anyone interested in trying The Primal Hunter in 2026 as a replacement to this BR?... I've been collecting the books, and it's supposed to be a similar premise of Australian sucked into Fantasy World... also a dozen books...reddit says try at least the first 2 books before deciding if it's the series for you or not...
