Read this at work last night and today...
Missed my favorite side character from the previous book, altho I think he was mentioned a few times...
Liked the book in general otherwise, another great entry...
If this is heading towards Jason becoming a replacement for the Builder, or some other sort of cosmic entity by the series finale, I'll be very surprised... even if there's a long way to go, still, he's constantly fighting above his weight class and unlocking OP skill combos that help with that... why not go to God Realm?...
Gilbert is an asshole, and the narrator voice choice really sells that, lol...
The end of this one was a super cliffhanger... reminds me of book 1 or 2, I think, where there just wasn't a very good pause point, I guess?...

Laughed at Gordon the politician still being referred to as the Other Gordon even by the narration.

I really enjoyed this one. The Other Gordon joke was a good one. There were actually a lot of good humorous moments... but I also like how the seriousness jacked up--even though yeah, the government constantly kicking themselves in the shins by going up against Jason was like--seriously? get some smarts already! It got a little to the point where (view spoiler)
Only one more book in this arc, right? Feels like good timing to me.
