Private detective Holly Gibney gets involved in two cases: the hunt for a serial killer, and a women's rights advocate being threatened by a religious zealot.

Not one of King's horror novels, but it's a good thriller. 3.5 stars

Kamielah Davids | 1 comments Hey everyone! I’m Kamielah Davids, and I just released my debut psychological murder mystery. If you love cold cases, complex women, and stories that explore the emotional aftermath of crime—this might be for you.

It’s set in Brooklyn and follows homicide detective Prudence Lee, a fierce but emotionally guarded investigator haunted by her past. As she digs into a cold case, she begins unraveling more than just the killer’s secrets.

If that sounds like your kind of read, I’d be honored if you checked it out—or even shared your thoughts. I wrote it for the ones who feel deeply, question everything, and crave stories with soul. https://a.co/d/7cBdwwz

John Russell #6. Berlin, 1948. This is a spy thriller written to a very high standard. Russell and wife and daughter are back in Berlin just after the war. The Nazis are defeated but the Russians are here. Very evocative picture of Germany just after the war. The characterizations are outstanding and the plot will keep you turning the page. I liked it a lot -- 4 stars.
