Aussie author Michael Trant's Gabe Ahern character is just the right tracker to navigate difficult bush terrain to find gold thieves and murderers. Blood and Gold is the third in this excellent outback series. Fun to read and great narration if you're a listener.

I was just introduced to D.S. George Cross, a clever English police officer with autism, who notices the details others miss. The Dentist, by Tim Sullivan, is the first of a series that is getting a lot of attention, including mine. 😊
