Wow, you stay up late. It is 10am where I am.

Hold off for right now.

We did go in the wrong direction and are fixing it now. We actually will be on States Avenue.

give us some time.
If you rolled an 8, you would go to either States Ave or Ballot Box, because the railroad is directing you to go horizontal with an even roll. So, you’d go “left” from the Reading Railroad and from there you continue your turn two spaces. Either up to Ballot box or down to States.

I’m pretty sure you are correct here (sorry to butt in, but I know those railroad spaces can add confusion!)

As I look it again, I think I was right the first time when I said we would be on States. These RR & Subways are killing us.

Don't worry about reading long books or short books, just read what you want for now. We'll handle community chest, chance, jail and anything else that is thrown at us when it happens. We've been moving the larger books to the bank for salary but otherwise, we are not holding anything back for specific uses.
I am going to ask that your try to complete Column O in the tracking sheet if possible/applicable and we can stay on track (another intended pun😉)🚂🚂

Make sure you read msg 119 from Bernadette. Length of book does not matter as long as the book meets the guidelines which is 100 pages. Everything gets used. Just keep doing what you have been doing.

I think you'll love it. I lived in a neighbourhood with a lot of Roman Catholics and all my friends who were girls wanted to be confirmed as Bernadette (:

Column O is books that have something that can be used for JAIL spellout. If any of your books contain this any characters that meet this and you remember to add that when you post your books, that would be helpful. We can handle all the others from info you already post.
Jail
You land in Jail when your token lands on the space marked "Jail". When your team lands on this space, your team must pay the amount listed AND complete a "Spell Out" of the word "JAIL" by reading 4 books.

Bernadette is a very nice name. Unfortunately, someone started calling me "Bernie" in high school and it stuck with me through college; and I DID NOT LIKE IT! I quickly put a stop to that when I graduated. Now though when I hear someone call me that, I know it was an old high school or college friend.

I love that story.
Right I have to go to bed, I've got guitar class early in the morning and it's already nearly midnight! I still have a French lesson to practice before bed also. Take care and read on! xxx

Sorry. I got my challenges mixed up. I'll put them on now.

That's because we are in the beginning of the game. The board is pretty big, there are lots of properties, and since we have 4 teams rolling and making decisions on what they want to do with their turn it takes a little bit. Each team has 24 hrs to roll and make a decision on what they want to do. The main portion of the game is for people to read and add books to the spreadsheet. The more we have banked the better off we will be.

I have too many going right now. I try to remember to record them everywhere when I'm done but I can see how you could miss something😂

Thanks.

I'm not reading anymore tonight as I have to catch up on my French. I may start reading a book in French, but it's not going to be finished any time soon!
