Some Lie and Some Die for line 11
Murder, Plain and Simple for line 16
Mrs. Jeffries Plays the Cook for line 19

Claimed 2 to start since June will be a good reading month for me. Reading:
Closed Hearts (a in hearts) for 14
The Gold-Bug and Other Tales (the) for 8
Also Eldest but that will likely take a couple weeks.
No idea what I am reading after that yet.
Here is what i plan to read so far. I will add more to this list laterhttps://www.goodreads.com/review/list...
I’m doing another readathon as well this month. I’m going to start with Magic Lies and Deadly Pies by Misha Popp. What line might this count for? Do we get any bonus points for reading LGBTQ authors?
bleh I hate when these start on weekends, I can't get any reading done usually and it's just a bad start for me.

No, we don't get bonus points for LGBTQ authors.

Awesome! Thank you!
I have added a few more books to my TBR if anyone would want to buddy read. I will try and keep it updated each weekhttps://www.goodreads.com/review/list...
I used our pass for line 22 since it's has some bigger 'harder' words to use and it's a free 10pts that doesn't carry over. All the ones with the "wah, sun, the" seem easy enough to do and line 15 has a good amount of smaller 'easier' words so thats why i went with line 22
I can start knocking out the "wah, sun, the" lines after i finish my current claims, just gonna grab some short cozy mysteries.

I didn’t realize we had passes. That’s great! Do we only have the one pass? Why did we use it so early? If we have another we should hold it until towards the end for whatever is leftover and/or whatever we seem to be struggling with, and, maybe agree upon what we use it for? Line 22 has “in” and “the” in it which seems really easy to get so I don’t think we should have used our pass on that one. My current book would work for that line.
we get a new one every board we complete, and everyone has most stuff claimed, the unclaimed ones all have "the" in them so they're easy. I can get 4 books done in a day if I push myself and read literally whatever would fit so don't worry too much about struggling to finish lines
next round we can definitely vote on what one to pass but there are people who don't check/comment for days/weeks, so idk how well that would go but again, we can definitely do it.
I didn't notice the pass part either. That is handy as the board fills up. I am done with work finally for the rest of the month, so let the reading commence!
Everything but line 20 is good on board 1, any title with "the" in it will work, so if anyone has something that will work, please claim it.if i finish my two i have going, i can grab it if needed.
and since board 1 is basically good, we should start claiming stuff on board 2 if you can/want.

Whoops i missed 28 also being blank (or maybe someone had it and now doesnt) but still just a "the" needed
Brooke if you finish your book for line 7 - go ahead and post it and I can put my book for the next roundAnd that goes for line 27 for anyone else too. Super busy right now so I can always do my reviews for the second round :)
I finished a different book than planned first but still took line 14. Pushed Closed Hearts off until the next board
I could move it to spell out the on the first board if needed but I am only 1/3 finished so going to be at least a couple days or more.
