Review: I overall liked this one, though I struggled at first to get into it. I liked the chemistry between the couple. It was a unique start to the relationship by her messing up a deal Jake had tried to make with a costume maker (through a shady solicitor), to prevent her from going out of business if she pulled out of that deal. Overall fun, but not her best novel.

Review: not a fan of novellas which is a big reason for my rating. But also, this book failed to communicate any form of emotion. It didn’t feel like a story, more like a news article.

Review: pretty typical Jay Northcote book. Fairly short and sweet, but not super memorable. Also uses the sickness trope, which I don't love.

Review:
This was a cute little novella and got to explore the characters a little more! I like that they're now 21 and this isn't an underaged underground fight club. Very cutesy compared to the others in the series that I've read so far. The "100 reasons why I love you" was a little OTT for me but I do think this sets up the next story well and makes you want to know more - unlike the order I decided to go in which was all over the place and random

Sweet holiday story. Forced proximity allowing two friends to admit their attraction and feelings. A little bit of miscommunication towards the end, but of course it all worked out. Well narrated by Matthew Lloyd Davies.

Book: The Duke of Drury Lane

Aiswrya, please add how you know the book is set in London. Could be as simple as, précis says (include quote from précis) something about Drury Lane Theatre and that Drury Lane is in London.

Review: Devon is a mechanic who goes to Bar 28 for his brother's engagement party, not realizing his brother used to date one of the bartenders. Sawyer is the ex and doesn't really want to be there, but Sawyer makes it worth while.
I like how Devon lets Sawyer be who he is. He doesn't judge and helps and makes him feel better about himself. Love this entire series.

It would be helpful if someone could double check the posts, but that was all I could see on my phone.

I’m not drawn to futuristic stories, but these work well for me. I do enjoy romantic suspense and mysteries. There are great characters and the narration is fabulous. Whenever I start one, I just relax into the story and enjoy!
