Currently, I'm reading "Truly, devious" and i'm about to just not read it and idk how I feel about that..
First 4 chapters of Reminders of Him were enough for me. The plot in CoHo books goes too crazy sometimes.
things we hide from the light (they are too old for me), love in the time of serial killers (hated the fmc) and the love wager (was basically mr. wrong number duplicated but somehow worse)
beatles, althought Idk if it counts. It is a Norwegian book for teens about beeing a teen and apperently it is famous? My dad forced me to atleast try to read it anf I just couldnt.
The Ritual and The Psycho, cause the plot was so nonsense that I wanted to rip my eyes out and throw them in a trash bin.
One of is lying I don't it wasn't interesting enough, even after I skipped a couple of pages, I still found it kinda boring. I honestly tried.
Evelyn HugoEveryone loved it and I really wanted to love it too
BUT IT WAS SOOOOOO BORING
I hated Monique or wtv is her name
I didn't care abt evelyn
I was honestly just loosing time trying to enjoy that book
I recently DNFed A Swiftly Tilting Planet at 82%. I was putting it of for such a long time, thinking I'll finish it I just needed a break from it. But in the end I couldn't read it. Such a horrible book!
Scary to admit but Lord of the Rings😭😭 It just didn’t catch my attention and I kept getting distracted. Also I thought some parts were pretty boring so that didn’t really motivate me to read further. But keep in mind that I only read like 30-40 pages so I’m not judging the book at all!! It might just not be my thing. Do y’all recommend it tho?? Cuz I’m thinking of giving it another try
the spanish love deception too slow and too repetitive i could not with it there was no need 500 pages
The Love Hypothesis, I hate the morally grey type grumpy men. Also what's her name was annoying. And I cannot understand anything related to science.
the invisible life of addie laRue ( i didn't finish it because it was too sad for me and i was reading it during exams but i promise i am going to end it )
Den Of Vipers - I was listening on Audible and could not get into the narrators voices. I've not tried to actually read it yet though. Hopefully I can get into it better that way.
'The Love Hypothesis'I found it too boring. Hated the way it started and then progressed. The female lead annoyed the heck out of me and I just couldn't continue.
the last book of Twilight when it turned out that Jacob is "imprinted" to Bella's child well I got kinda sick cause its just super weird
I won't finish a book if it doesn't resonate with me, if it bores me, if there's too much minutiae, if there's too much cheesy romance, if I don't like the writing or don't agree with a stance the writer asserts, if I don't get where the story is going, if it feels juvenile, if I keep finding myself wanting to sleep and I'm not even tired... some books I recently haven't finished include the perks of being a wallflower, the firekeeper's daughter, Outlander, The Subtle Art of not giving a f*ck, i love you but I've chosen darkness, never let me go, and acts of violet amongst others.
Gone Girl- I just couldn't get into the plot: it was slow and boring; I'm still trying to force myself to read it but can't
the roommate- it felt to much like a wattpad story for me like in the sense of 'girl meets super hot adult actor guy and girl doesn't feel hot enough/prudish and guy says no you are let's go to bed to prove it'
It Happened One Summer by Tessa Bailey. I just couldn't get into it and one of the sisters was whiny and got on my nerves.
This year it was:The Divine and the Cursed by J.E. Reed - If you have problems with falling a sleep that book will help you, it was that boring.
Give Me a Reason by Jackson, A.L. - the H was so annoying...
I finished 4 books in the From Blood & Ash series and called it quits. The first 3 books were great. I was really enjoying the series but it took an unexpected turn because the author decided to extend from 3 books to 6 I believe. I feel like the storyline she worked to achieve in the first 3 books got lost when she decided to extend.
The Golden Compass- I had to read it for school and I usually like the books I have to read for school, but I just didn’t like this one and couldn’t manage to keep up. There’s 23 chapters and I was on chapter 10 when we did our last test. So I just got my friend to spoil the whole thing for me so I wouldn’t fail, and still (since it was open book) I was skimming through the last five chapters for most of the test.
love & other words, thought I would love it but so similar to every summer after which I read right before, and I didn't feel connected to the characters
The Great Gatsby. Barely had a plot and wasn't something I wanted. I normally love school books but this book got on my nerves and was putting me on a reading slump

- The Crave Series was like this for me. I pushed through, but it took me FOREVER!
