Cozy Mystery
Entertaining, light, amateur sleuth, small town, romance potential, too many characters
I read. God Save Benedict Arnold: The True Story of America's Most Hated ManIt is an excellent biography of a man reviled as a traitor. It brings to light his now overlooked contributions to the American Revolution.

A chilling, locked room style mystery!
The Professor by Lauren Nossett is a mystery set on a college campus where the death of a student is followed by rumours of an affair with a young professor.review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I finished Random in Death, In Death #58, by J.D. Robb and loved it! This fantastic addition to the In Death series explores the dark mind of a young, highly intelligent, enraged psychopath with an exaggerated sense of entitlement and superiority. My Review.
Here is my 3.84 rounded to 4 stars review of Night Shift
by Robin Cook:https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Medical Thriller
After a slow start, the ending brings the suspense, danger, and foreboding that one expects from a medical crime thriller. Additionally, it looks at the levels of hospital staffing and the effects of a lost colleague on other staff members. The plot has plenty of twists and turns, but is unbelievable at times. My main quibble is that the antagonist was too easy to identify and it’s confirmed about half-way through the book. Despite this, I enjoyed the investigation part of the story which kept me intrigued.
I finished It Takes a Rake by Anna Bennett and enjoyed this Frenemies historical romance. Lots of sexy banter and secret feelings on the way to a hea! 4 Stars My Review

by Andrew Mayne:https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Murder Mystery / Crime Novel
Overall, it hooked me with the first two chapters. My biggest quibbles are that it is somewhat far-fetched at times and the ending was somewhat abrupt and didn’t provide the full closure that I wanted.
