For the month of JUNE 2022, we will be reading HRs that feature Enemies to Lovers.

VOTING IS NOW OPEN!

Please vote using this form to vote: https://forms.gle/js7VsNhg5Gf2GndL9. This requires that you put your Goodreads name.

You can vote for up to three full-length books. Here's how the points work:

> First (or only) choice = 3 points
> Second choice = 2 points
> Third choice = 1 point

To see which books are nominated or if you prefer to vote in-thread, check out the Nomination Thread.

You can view the current vote tally here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...

Please vote by APRIL 30. At the end of the voting period. the top two or three vote-getters will be the BOTMs. If we need to break a tie, we will use number of first place votes, or if that doesn't work, number of second place votes as a tie-breaker. If we need another tie-breaker, we will discuss in a thread and add to rules in future.

To see definitions for the month theme, check out message 7 in the Theme Thread.

Also, is there a list of all the noms without having to scroll through everyone's noms? (Maybe I missed something?)

Susan, that's the order, because it's made in alphabetical order! Thanks for making this! Very practical! We should make it an habit. :)

T. Rosado (trosado) | 193 comments I'm always surprised Candice Proctor (aka C.S. Harris) isn't higher in the tallies. I mean, I didn't vote for it (LOL), but Night in Eden is fantastic.

i agree, T. She's a really good writer. I didn't vote for Night in Eden because I only read it last year and I wanted to try out something new, although if it had won I probably would have reread anyway. But none of the books I voted for look as if they'll get a gig :( Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles.

It will be odd if a Courtney Milan book takes out a BOTM plus the novella BOTM in the same month, but it looks like that might be going to happen!

I've only read one Milan book and IMO it wasn't the best and Sam has been encouraging me to get going on the Brothers Sinister Series. I only voted yesterday, so my votes were slightly impacted by the numbers. Otherwise, two of my three choices wouldn't have been anywhere near chosen. The ones I did vote for (besides Milan) aren't really in the running either.

I didn't vote for Night in Eden for the same reason as you, but I would've probably read it again as well.

Leena Aluru (mgleena) | 449 comments J lo ed the Duchess Deal when I first read it but, I prefer his step brother's book more.
The Heiress Effect. This one too can qualify for this trope.

message 25: by Jan (new)

Jan (jan130) | 2686 comments I enjoyed Unraveled but have tried some others of hers that I didn't like as much. I'll keep an open mind though. She's a very popular author and there are probably others of her books I will like when I get to them.
