This was a re-read for me. I find it humorous that the alpha acts a the submissive in that relationship as it goes against all other books with shifters but it does fit the story to be honest and it makes Levi so much more lovable. I would love to see him in his lacy panties.

I have read some of the books in this series, but it's been a while so I don't remember any of the characters. I liked Tanner and Jax, both characters had a lot of baggage they needed to work through. By the time we finally got the whole story about Tanner, I was almost bored and didn't care, but their romance was sweet and I did enjoy reading it.

A quick interesting read that makes me curious about the series that this is a prequel to. Marcus and Nate make an interesting couple - a witch and a python shifter. I liked the side characters also. The epilogue is set 9 years later so was quite a jump. Wonder if we will find out if Claudia and Sage got caught.

Loved Levi's lacy panties.
Although I do usually like at times when the alpha is the submissive, it was a little off here for me. I think it was just the transition portion of it. Because I did really like Levi's responses.

I'm more of a wolf girl myself. But a lot of them only have werewolf, not just wolf. But I just checked the QA and it was okayed. I just wasn't sure it would be...so I grabbed the dragon one.

I had the same thing with my musical instrument category for SH. I had to check it was MM because there was a lot of MF in the beginning. I'm ok with wolf too if you want to change it up!

Ok. I'll get started tonight while Hubby watches the golf. I would rather watch the tennis but easier to give in.
I do the same when my husband watches soccer. It doesn’t excite me but whatever. I just read.
Oh I thought it was cleared. That's why I started with a dragon book this morning. We are at my parents house for a couple of hours longer and will have the drive back this afternoon. Than I'll have to post my last books for May and add books to the ss.Hope to get done tomorrow night.
I'm tired because I don't sleep so well here and my daughter woke me up at 6 am. She was out clubbing and wanted to let me know that she was home safe. I appreciate that. Eeh sleep is overrated anyway🤣. Only I get a nasty headache if I'm to tired.

Badly editited. Puncuation and things like that don't bother be. But missing words which cause you to reread the sentance 3 times, or using wrong words like think instead of thing, take you out of the story. Which, actually wasn't a bad thing to have to pause. I had to take multiple breaks.
This was strange. really strange. I wouldn't call this a romance.
A lot more mf sex than mm. The MC's were only attracted to each other because of the change into a Kin. The change forced Matt to kinda bond with his best friend, by eating his flesh and almost killing him. Actually he did end up flat lining 3 times.
Matt's change, Could end up with him "owned" and his owner using him as a prostitute and taking care of him so that he was fed. I thought the bond with Alex would save him from that. But idk if it will or not, because the book just ended.
Do I want to read the next book to find out. No, no I do not.

I had this book on my tbr for a long time. I didn't realise it was sort of the next book in one of my fav series. This is a related series and I knew all the main characters so it was like visiting old friends. I'm glad that the former Lucifer aka Percy gets his hea.

I went MF with this one because my library had it, and while the book was ok, it was a little blah for me. Ezra is 1500 years old and convinced he doesn't have a mate or he would have found her by now. He saves a 5 year old girl from a fire where she doesn't get burned and leaves her at a hospital. 16 years later he crosses paths with a woman who he is unexplainably attracted to and finally realizes that the only explanation is that she is his mate. When he goes to claim her, she begs him not to and runs from the room. 4 years later, she calls to him and he realizes the girl is the same girl who he saved all those years ago. He finds her, explains who he is and what they are to each other, and they complete the claiming and she falls pregnant. This series continues but I'm not super interested in reading it. The book was fine but just not a favorite. And after about the 5th time the author used the term "bad guy" I was super annoyed. What is the scooby doo?

This one was much better than the last dragon book.
I like Brands brothers.
Tyson wearing pink pj's with a unicorn was adorable....and he's supposed to be the serious older brother. But he wasn't the grump they first made it sound like. He was quite sweet.
But, please, I'm dragoned out. I'm tapping out.
Oh, I'll be glad for this one to be over.There are several long dragon books that look good, but I was trying to stay on the shorter side, which was a mistake.
I´m 86 % in. So will probably finish tomorrow morning.

The end. I enjoyed this series, a fun bit of fluff full of unicorns and dragons. The showdown between Orris and the dragons was over before you blinked and fittingly Orris was dealt with. Not reread material but entertaining. Enjoyed the first few books more than this one.

I was not sure about this book as Dustin is very young and IMO a bit immature with his pouting etc. But over all it was a nice story and I liked it well enough.
