These are a great way to get in the habit of reading more. If you want to pick a start and stop time, that is up to you. Most of us have to work around schedules that make exact times awkward to keep up for 5 whole weeks. Some folks set page goals or try to finish a certain number of books in each long lap, while others try for a certain number of hours of reading in each long lap. That part is up to you.
Keep track of your reading during these laps and sprints here or on your thread in the For the Blogless folder, or wherever you like to track your reading.
